McDonald's — Restaurant in West Bengal

I have visited the place atleast 5 to 6 times. And i think i can give a good review. Update: 14/02/22 I visited there with my wife and kid as usual and i wanted something light. We ordered 1 mac veggie meal with black coffee. And 1 Mac veggie happy meal. I ordered from the QR on desk which i believe is an excellent idea. And i had been ordering similarly. See the text message i got on what's app. "Hi,

Your EVM McVeggie (Medium Meal, Black Coffee, No AddOn, No AddOn), McVeggie Happy Meal (Black Coffee, No AddOn, Pineapple Fruit Bowl, Happy Meal Toy, Minute Maid 100% Apple Juice) with order no. 11950843 is ready, please pick up from the counter."

However when i collected my order from the counter (self service) i didnt receive apple juice.

I requested the manager Mr. Anirbhaan (the name i asked from staff) that it seems he have missed it in menu.

But to my surprise he replied to me that this was an promotional offer and no longer available. And there are no juice in stock so they can not provide me.

Well it was not about the juice as i dont care about it. But i asked him if it is not in stock and offer is dead then why is it available on app(QR)? You can clearly see my message. An my decision was made on the items listed. If it was not there may be i would have ordered juice seperately. Firstly he was not willing to provide me with the juice, but suddenly somehow by magic he pulled 1 juice packet and gave it to me.

I was shocked because i was not actually going to ask for it. And this led to believe me that the guys in mac d are not at all customers service oriented. It also kept me paranoid i was first worried if the guy provided me with the expired product luckily it was not.

I updated this whole section not because i had a bad experience, it actually was a no big deal. Also no one gonna stop going to macd after reading this. But just to help other introverts like me "you guys have to be more vocal for the right service at that store especially"

Old opinion: Burger and menu is kind of standard as in all Mcd ,and i think taste is on par. About the place it is situated in the ground floor on Junction mall with seperate entry which is easy entry. Ambience is also nice place is spacious, people are courteous. How ever i feel the ventilation inside is not very great. I have feel a lot of of kitchen vap and smoke inside which is not very good. Otherwise...

McDonald's !!! Ah this is an outing in Durgapur where I have visited a lot number of times. It is one of my favourite dining outlets as well. I would say that the overall service was good. The food also tastes good. I would like to recommend some of the items which I loved at McDonald's 😍 Pizza McPuff firstly is a budget choice and it is one of the most Amazing and economical things to have. Also Peri Peri Fries are Amazing. Well Peri Peri Fries are simply Fries with Peri Peri Seasonings. But yes they taste Superb !!! 🤩 Also last time I visited McDonald's I had Paneer Wrap. O M G I just loved it. This is actually my new favourite as well. If you haven't tried it out. Try it. It's Amazing !!! One last thing go for McFlurry's as well. They are also Worth the Prize and would be an Amazing desert to end...

Located in the ground floor, it's one of the finest options for quick bite in the whole of Durgapur. The interior is beautifully decorated with plenty of space for sitting. Atmosphere is beautiful. It doesn't get very busy at afternoon, you can easily find a table. But the waiters are not prompt with clearing the tables. Once you look closely it's apparent that the place has lost it's charm. The space needs urgent renovation and upgradation. It would cost anywhere between 300 to 500 for a good meal per capita depending on your preference. We have ordered some of the combo items.
