THE 36 - Chinese & Mughals — Restaurant in West Bengal

I recently ordered from The 36 and overall, it was a delightful experience. I tried three dishes: the Chicken Konjee Crispy, Chicken Ala Kiev, and the 36 Special Chilli Potato.

Starting with the Chicken Konjee Crispy, I must say it was fantastic. The chicken was perfectly seasoned and had a satisfying crunch that made it a standout dish. I can confidently recommend it to anyone looking for a flavorful and enjoyable meal.

The Chicken Ala Kiev was also a treat, although a bit on the smaller side. Its rich flavors and creamy filling made up for the portion size, and I found myself savoring each bite. It’s definitely worth a try if you’re in the mood for something comforting and delicious.

However, the 36 Special Chilli Potato was a disappointment for me. While I appreciate that taste is subjective, I found it quite hard to chew, and the texture didn't appeal to me. Some might enjoy it, but for my palate, it was a definite miss.

Overall, I would recommend The 36 to anyone looking for a good meal, especially the Chicken Konjee Crispy. Despite the setback with the chilli potato, I look forward to ordering from them again in the future. Their standout dishes make it worth a visit, and I’m excited to explore more...

Recently I had tried out- 🔸Special Drums of Heaven: 6pcs chicken lollipop with decent size, well sauteed with their in-house special sauce adding a tinted flavour of gondhoraj lemon.

🔸Fried Chicken Momos: 6pcs juicy deep fried dumplings with really good amount of chicken filling served with special sauce.

🔸Mixed Wok Tossed Hakka Noodles: Well tossed noodles with prawn, chicken, egg, veggies rich in flavours. Can be shared by two people.

🔸Chef's Special Non-veg Combo: A mixture of fried rice and noodles tossed together in special sauce. Comes with 4pcs chilli chicken, 3pcs chilli fish and 2pcs chicken steamed momos. Firstly I was really sceptical having rice and noodles together, but later I thoroughly enjoyed the meal. Definitely recommending this!

Have ordered Mehfoon ( rice noodles) from this shop as dinner and received mix non veg chowmin. Really don't know why they offer such things when they don't have the capacity to make the right items and fool customer. Shanghai items doesn't mean super spicy 🔥🥵... I could have it and order some other food at midnight. Please go and learn from proper chinese restaurants like Tung Fung and china twon what is Mehfoon and so called rice noodles.. please don't make people fool with such...
