Smart Bazaar — Local services in West Bengal

I am here to give a short review about the staffs of Smart Bazaar, Diamond Plaza outlet. The staffs are confused and disrespectful(not all) and that causes harassment to the customers. Today I bought 6-7 groccery items but they refused to give me carry bags and when asked told that they have extra large carry bags which costs a lot! The items which I bought were of big sizes and cannot be accumulated by my both hands, so I collected a small basket and put it there. As my bag was being deposited in the 3rd floor, and I was in the 4th, I asked the security guard of 4th floor before giving the bill, that if I can go to the 3rd floor from inside.. and he told no! So he took my bill stamped it, I requested him if I can carry the basket and deposit it in the 3rd floor, he told yes. I came outside, and waited for my friend who was inside. But I should have gone by then. Cause, at that time, a very rude female staff came and told I can't carry basket, I can carry trolly instead, for which I have to travel a long way to the lift! And she constantly embarassed me by saying, you can fit all these things in your sling bag! At last, I deposited my bought items to the security guard, went down took my bag came up again and took back my items. The lady staff I mentioned, also harassed me during the shopping time, when I took out a kurti from the folded section, she told very loudly with rudeness that I can take it from the hanger section, which I couldn't find at that time. And guess what? For this things, I didn't take that kurti! The amount of embarassement, stress, and harrasment I faced because of the staffs is unforgivable! I hope Smart Bazaar can rectify this mistakes, looking forward to the best. No complain on any other things. Loads of items with surprising prices and offers. The price is low compared to other supermarkets or online platforms as I have compared for household goods. Saw few relatively unknown brands which we tried and have satisfied results. This used to be big bazaar and now after the takeover converted into smart bazaar. Now it's good for family grocery items and household goods. Earlier clothing options were quite good which presently lack varieties and options. Overall it is good for nearby customers as they also deliver with a minimum cost.

Pros: Lots of variety for household items and groceries with good discounts. Minimum delivery charge after a certain amount.

Cons: Lack of varieties in the clothing section comparing old big bazaar. ( I guess since they have reliance smart for clothing) Billing process was really slow and you have to wait almost an hour sometimes. Number of qualified stuff for billing seems less as most of them don't know proper process and ask for their superior most of the time which will kill your time. Since they have two different floors, some items can't be billed in some floors, which nobody guides you and after a long wait you will know that you have to repeat the same process in another floor. I would like to inform dis to all d big bazar customer's that plz check ur rs500 or rs1000 note before makin paymnt,last evening i went to Big Bazar Diamond Plaza Mall, Near Nagerbazar, Diamond Plaza, 68, Jessore Rd, Satgachi, Kolkata, West Bengal to buy some snacks..my bill amount was rs 200 i'd givn rs 500 note at cash counter..d person to whom i'd givn d note he was confused whether d note is real or fake he went to d back office widout informing me and after few minutes he came back to me n said dat sir dis note is fake..i was shocked at dat tym and wen i jst checked my note i noticed dat d notes was not d same wich i'd givn to dat person..i started arguing wid dat person he said dat d note is d same they haven't chnged it n all...may b d not was fake but as per consumer right's every consumer have d right to information and as per dat right dat person was supposed to inform me first before goin to his manager but he didnt done dat...so plz i would request every individual person to be very careful,it was d worst experience in my whole life even d most worst thing was d behaviour of d staff avlbl in...
