Wow! Momo — Restaurant in West Bengal

Worst experience ever...I had order a combo of rs 109 at first.. tk be particular with words I had said please provide me the package of rs 109. They took my order and I had paid through Google pay..while receiving the order they had just provided me the darjeeljng momo when I had asked for the coke which was included in the package they mentioned me that when had order only darjeeling momo and had not placed the combo offer. When I asked why is that..they mentioned I was not particular with my terms as I had mentioned package.. they said I have to either say offer or combo.. first thing in a restaurant when there is offer going on what is the biggest difference between package and combo.. when package even means the same.. as far my knowledge..they argued alot I had asked them to make me talk to their manager they replied that their manager is on leave and then about their outlet owner they gave excuses that we cannot talk to him as it is not permit able.. when I forced to reconnect MG order or refund me my amount.. they tried to threaten me by saying that I am a local and u are standing in sodium itself.. he shall calls mens.. this is what wow momo standard has come down to.. j had clicked photos of the shop including the boy who threatened me.. and the momo they provided me without any chutney and it was even cold..as like they took out from the freezer and gave..where as I had again mentioned and requested to provide the green chutneys but they...

I will give a 4.9 stars out of 5 ! ❤️ Just loved it ! Firstly ambience is next level. Secondly food (esp. combos) are just fantastic. We had a special combo of 260 rupees which contained two moburgs (burger stuffed with delicious fried momo), 8 PC's of big sized cottony soft streamed momos, and Pepsi. Steamed Momos were just mouth-melting, with tasty, juicy and tender chicken filling and they were properly stuffed and we just didn't feel any lack of fillings. And the best thing was the Moburg, a totally new concept of burger....... It had fried Darjeeling momo, huge load of mayo and cheese (cheese costs extra btw) and with pudina chutney, and Indian spices ....the combination is just 🥵🤩🔥. And the combo also contained two Pepsi bottles ♥️. 0.1 star less only for two minor reasons, The sauce served in momos was so spicy ! There could be an option for hand wash (basins). You have to either use forks to eat momo but for eating a burger you have to use your hand and so you have to use sanitizer...... And after food you have to use tissues.

Overall our experience was superb ! I'll go...

The serving time was way too long. The two dishes we asked for was not avaible and thus we had to change our order. They did not even have Pepsi! Like seriously!

On top of us having to change the order and being okay with no drinks we also had other hassle. The staff was not friendly at all. We were asked to go down twice for placing the order whereas they are supposed to take our order but okay that's still fine. Secondly they seemed too ignorant and even when they don't have drinks they have to be asked again and again for water. We were also tricked into taking(ordering) the cheese dip which was not too expensive but unnecessary. The staff is not at all helpful or friendly. One person also placed an extra oder which we did not ask for. Even for something as simple as napkin we had to ask for it. Three people and we were given 1 napkin.

The food was delicious but this outlet is the least welcoming of all the outlets I've ever been to. I'd not recommend this outlet at all only for the staff here. It's fine for takeaway or delivery also if you're fine with the long time they...
