Read moreRecently, I visited the outlet near Mitra Café; enjoyed some Steamed Darjeeling Momos. An outlet in this location was much required in New Digha.
{Edit}[This review was for outlet near Digha Rly. Station] In original, momo is basically a steamed dish and that is very much discouraged by the staff here. On multiple occasions I've eagerly insisted upon steamed chicken momos but they keep on suggesting fried, pan fried ones and mostly non chicken ones which they've invented, fish-mushroom-corn etc. and hybrid ones like burger momos which they call moburg, baked momo augratin, sizzler momos etc. On my last visit I saw stocks were finished by 9pm, staff told me they've reordered but when stocks arrived, there were all other types except the basic ones. I had plan for dinner but I had to rush to another restaurant nearby! Reported all the problems in Twitter but nobody took notice. So, new age momo lovers may be satisfied, not me - not at least here; the outlet in New Digha is far better than Old...
