BEAT ROOT CAFE — Restaurant in Zone 10 Kodambakkam

Was very tired in the evening so to get refresh Ordered Ginger Tea and Paid ₹20. But they gave Cardamom tea with added ginger(no flavour of it) I asked, why you put Cardamom in the Ginger tea which I don't like, they were not responsive and were very hesitant to make the tea with ginger.

They don't have the courtesy to satisfy even the basic customer expectation.

I believe they have readymade Cardamom tea and pretend to add crush ginger using that tool and cheat the customer claiming Cardamom tea as Ginger tea.

This is the first shop of 100s of tea shop i visited to have ginger tea, had bad experience and I finally wasted the ₹20 and they ruined my evening.

Probably they should concentrate on customer satisfaction to improve...

This stop near medway hospital Kodambakkam. My mom was admitted in this hospital for more than 10 days so I used to take tea and snacks from here. The quality, quantity is okay but the staffs behave like, we bought snacks for free of cost..very lethargic and taking more than 15 mins for single tea. I faced all this issues all the 10 days I been there. Very very very worst behaviour from the staffs. They behave like they have two horns and we are the beggars asking for the snacks and tea.
