McDonald's — Restaurant in Zone 10 Kodambakkam

So, i visited this pathetic outlet you'll understand why I am framing it pathetic because the ac doesn't work there when asked they say ac is not our department to take care ! This was the answer from sakthi so called the manger pretty sure she's not ! And on top of it i ordered my food as soon as you entered people after me who came got the food before me got the food but mine still didn't come and no communication was done about the delay or so . I was just watching without uttering a word. After 25 mins I didn't get my order. That is the time I complained about the ac the food delay. So to make it more clear i didn't say anything to them just complained about two things ac and the food delay and still yet to get . So the manger sakthi walks and says sorry your order was a problematic one no idea why ! The guy who took my order was laughing inside i could see that ! And they didn't even apologise even for once . I said please cancel the order I don't want it . For that also the manager is like cancellation is a big process you'll get your order in another 5 mins . I said I don't want anything just give me back the refund. So my experience here was horrible ultimately you'll be loosing customer's if you have people like this at a work place . And belive it or not didn't even shout or make a scene there . So i would suggest you to never go here to this particular outlet ! I'll be attaching the video of the outlet too...

This place is situated in a easily identifiable location. At the end of Ashok nagar main road, in the same building there's KFC also. People can choose between either of the places. Visited this place multiple times with friends. Last day when I visited I feel like I've been busted and cheated. I ordered normal items in the food menu as I was not at all hungry and my company is also not hungry either. It costed me 350 bucks. We were have interesting conversation so I didn't mind about it's price. Later on I feel like I should have checked Bill. Annoying thing over here is security asking 💰 by behaving really good. I tipped him 50 bucks as I didn't had any spare and had money more than that value. I had bad experience this time. I recommend others to check their bill and the pricing menu before and after ordering, there may be chances of...

It was too crowded, it took about 15 minutes to place the order itself. Then tables were not cleaned, on repeated requests for about 3 or 4 times, the table was cleaned. While taking the order, I was asked, if OK for to replace the juice with a smoothy in the kid's happy meal. I too just nodded my head. But on seeing the bill, it was a surprise for me, since Rs. 100. was added for the smoothy,but i was not informed about the extra charges. On seeing the bill, I just went to the counter and enquired about that I was not informed about the extra charge, they said they can cancel the whole order and replace it with a new one.
