The Waterfall Restaurant — Restaurant in Zone 10 Kodambakkam

AMBIANCE : A themed restaurant as says the name. It has an artificially created small waterfall which makes the place look really spectacular. the dim lighting in the ground floor makes it a nice place for Romantic dates and dining with your loved one. The floor above is like a usual restaurant ambience with Romantic music playing but normal bright lights. The first floor is themed as well though. The walls look like they are made of rocks. SEATING : As already mentioned there are Lots of seating area both on the ground and the first floor. The place is usually crowded. They also have party halls in the first floor which you can pre-book for an amazing celebration. LOCATION : It is very close to the forum vijaya mall in vadapalani, so if you are looking for something to jollify your stomach with a full meal, this is the place. SERVICE : We were hosted on the first floor because of lack of tables on the ground floor. I believe the staff on the first floor is quite less and could be increased when the tables are full atleast. Yes, that's right, it was almost full even during lunch hours with couples and families alike. The server gave us good suggestions on what to try. And the service was quick. However when we wanted to order dessert the porder was taken after a very long time. FOOD: So i being a vegetarian ordered a vegetarian platter by the suggestion of the server and was very satisfied. The platter had 2 types of paneer tikka, one masala and one malai. Then there was hara bhara kabab which was by far the best I've had. It was so amazing and melt-in-mouth kabab. I have no words to describe it's brilliance. There was another vegetable dish in there which was the worst in all 4. They also serve you a mushroom dish but since i am allergic to it i requested it be removed. For dessert i had a red velvet ice cream cake and it was AMAZING. So good. If you are looking for a theme based restaurant, with great food, don't miss this. The theme goes with the name. It's a little dark, waterfall. The waterfall is well made and the sound is pleasing. It makes you feel as if it's raining all around you if you sit close to it. The food is just great. Everything we tasted from soup, chicken, fried rice, juice was delicious. Once you enter the restaurant, you are in a different place all together. The food is pricy, but the quality matches it. It can have even a large family, No matter how big you family is and a great place for friends get together. You even get private tables with candle light I guess. You have ground and 1 st floor for dining inside. It's also a good place for taking pictures as they have made special painting and architecture for the same purpose to attract. Food comes surprisingly fast even with a house full of customers. Decent paking space for both 2 and 4 wheelers. You get nothing vegetarian and non vegetarian food here. The only surprising downside was the washroom, which looked like a washroom in a deserted building. I could not understand it, as it spoils the whole experience. I wanted to take a moment to share some feedback with you regarding my recent dining experience at your restaurant. While I found the food to be delicious, I did have some concerns about the size of the tables.

Specifically, if a group of six people were to dine at your restaurant, it would be ideal to have eight seats available to ensure a comfortable dining experience. Unfortunately, when we requested to use additional tables, the staff did not allow us to do so.

As a customer, I believe that it is important for restaurants to prioritize the comfort of their patrons. The dining experience should not be congested or uncomfortable due to a lack of space. While I understand that running a restaurant is a business and profits are necessary, customer satisfaction should also be a priority.

I would appreciate it if you could consider the table size and seating capacity at your restaurant, as it would greatly enhance the dining experience for your customers. Perhaps there are solutions such as rearranging tables or providing additional seating in a separate area that could be explored.
