I had a very very worst experience with this shop I ordered cake for my daughter Birthday 4 days prior we choose the theme and agreed the price which they informed and they promised us to deliver the cake at evening 05:30 we have given all the details what shall be written on the cake On the delivery day morning I called the shop and shared the delivery location they confirmed that the cake will be delivered ontime, at 04:00 PM i called them they said cake is under preparation will be delivered soon at 05:30 no updates and again I called and asked about the status they asked me to come to their shop to collect the cake then I asked you have been promised for free delivery they said no sir it is chargeable then I agreed the delivery amount after 06:00 no updates then the lady called and asked what is the name to be mentioned in the cake. We have given all the details while ordering the cake the lady casually saying that it was missed such a ridiculous answer from her then I rushed into the store I have taken the cake my own and reached home at 07:30PM My whole family and friends are waiting from 06:00 pm due to this nonsense shop for late delivery

I ordered a Grilled Chilly Garlic Paneer Sandwich and a Grilled Paneer Tikka Panini ( The ordertaker upgraded by his suggestive selling). I was watching the way they make Sandwich through their Baking Studio (Live) and was shocked by their hygiene and food safety standards (many think wearing a head gear / hand glove alone ensures food safety 100%). The person who prepared my Sandwich was running shot of Onion. So, he took a fresh onion, peeled, sliced and placed over the bread slice. I called him, said the onion is rotten (This is usual that the onion's outer looks normal but gets rotten inside). He said "Its good", politely. I picked a piece of rotten slice and took it near his nose and his facial reaction was the acceptance of the rotten onion. He took all the onion slices from the bread slice immediately and dumped it into the dustbin. He, then took a new one, sliced and asked my approval visually. I nodded my head. He placed the sliced onion over the same bread slice (Without realising that the rotten onion was already in contact with food) and grilled. He took the grilled ( half-done) Sandwich and placed over the chopping board that is used to cut raw ingredients ( He has no idea about the raw and ready to eat food). We had ordered a 1.5kg cake for my birthday on the 23rd of August, online and the website clearly promised delivery within an hour—that’s the only reason we trusted them and placed the order. But once an hour passed, there was no cake, no update. We called them, only to be told that the spiral candles and chocochips (for which I had paid extra) weren’t available. Still, we said fine—just send the cake, because we were already hungry and waiting.

Another half hour passed and still nothing. We tried calling again, but the number was suddenly not reachable. Out of sheer frustration and hunger, we had to go all the way to the branch ourselves. That’s when we found out the shocking truth: they hadn’t even started making the cake. Not even the sponge base was ready!

We tried to cancel the order, but they refused. Only after arguing with customer service did the branch manager call us, promising the cake would be sent immediately. But by then, we were already beyond angry, hungry, and disappointed. Our entire celebration mood was destroyed, and we had to fight hard just to get our refund.

Thankfully, we ended up buying a cake from Bake Haus, which was delicious and saved us a little. But CK Bakery? Never again.
