Update-10-12-2019.-- Same story..same worst service. Manager Name -Prabakar- Ordered 2 garlic bread, 2 lava cake and 2 cheesy dip. Their app shows the delivery person on the way, was hovering near my street and then goes back to dominos outlet and comes back to my street and finally the apps says the order is delivered. In the mean time, i called dominos thrice and tracking my order, its been over 1.30 hrs. Finally The delivery guy rings the bell, and says he had flat tyre due to which he got late. Showed him the screen shots of his vehicle tracking from the map, he didnt have answer for it. Now icing on the cake, he missed the 2 cheesy dip and told me he can waive of the cheesy dip price. Wow what a service and the attitude they all have got. This is the point i talked with the manager prabakar, the first thing he said, he will give me a discount on my order- (Yeah a discount ona cold Garlic bread and an incomplete order) i told him, i dont want any discount, i am happy to pay the full price ignoring their 30 minute guarantee but what he is going to do improve his service. He said this wont happen again, but this is what is happening on every single order since last year. I asked him to give me his reporting managers phone or email for which i am still waiting. In the mean time they sent me the cheesy dip for which i paid the full amount. I have attached all screen shots for references.
One of the worst Domino's centers I have ever come across. I like Domino's but since I live in this area I have to deal with this center only. There is police complaint filed by me as one of their untrained staff misbehaved 1 year ago. The issue was settled after their managers(Delhi Babu) promised their staff will be properly trained and won't misbehave. Down the lane now their managers have moved out of this place and the place have gone more worse. Last 3 months what ever I have ordered has come out of 30 minute window they promise. My regular orders are lava cake and garlic bread, I don't think it will take long time but still I am ok with it even if it comes after 30 minute window understanding the person delivering might have practical difficulties. But they don't deliver only however their tracking app says the food has been delivered. I have to call all the time and check with them after a discussion with supervisor I will get the food after an hour. However on the app it's food delivered within 30 mins. I guess they cheat their system by simply punching the food is delivered without delivering just to show they have done the job. I wish some good sense prevails and some body higher-ups in Domino's ...
Read moreI ordered 3 regular pizzas, chicken wings and Pepsi through Zamato @10.56 pm. The order was supposed to be delivered by 11.36pm. Dominos sent me a SMS link to track order,but when I checked at 12 it said the order is delivered . Whereas I did not receive my order. I kept calling dominos since then... finally they picked up at 12.45 and said that the order is coming from vadapalani and thts y there is a delay. Finally my order reached by 1.15 am. But the order was missing 1 pizza and a Pepsi.. I dont understand how a simple order can be so tough for them. 2 hrs of wait for pizza and when checked about the missing order they were ready to refund only for pepsi.. such a ridiculous service. Nobody had a courtesy to even apologize for the delay. The delivery guys called the store and talked to the manager named Manibalan. He did not provide any solution or try to convince or anything. I was too hungry to fight and let it go. I made a mistake by ordering pizza . The delivery guy at least told sorry. He even offered me that he will go back to shop and bring the missing pizza. I did not want to bother him and told him to leave it. He was dumped with 4 or 5 orders to...

The first floor was not serviceable, and the ground floor had about five tables, none of which were cleaned. Even after requesting the staff to clean one for us, no action was taken. We eventually had to clear someone else’s trash ourselves, and six of us ended up squeezing around a tiny table because the larger one was extremely dirty.
The washroom at this outlet is unacceptably filthy, a serious hygiene concern. It was so dirty and smelly that it was impossible to even step in to wash our hands. The overall cleanliness and service levels are shockingly poor, making me question the hygiene standards in the kitchen as well.
If maintaining basic dine-in hygiene is such a challenge, this outlet might as well function as a cloud kitchen. Extremely disappointed and will not be visiting or ordering from...
