The Mansukh -Snacks and Sweets — Restaurant in Zone 12 Alandur

Last weekend I stepped in for dinner it was around 9:30 pm and the tables were almost empty.. I made an order for a combo, if thats not available they should have informed me at the time of taking order, but the order was taken then made me wait for more than 20 mins and served different food stating the one sabji is not available, we are give this instead of that.. but why? Instead you should have told that its not available.. simple as that.. and the combo i made order had veg pulao but they served me 2 Rotis and he said Paulo is being prepared.. after few mins they served veg fried rice when I pointed this to the server, he doesn't want to accept that it is veg fried rice and strongly said that its veg pulao. Which was also terrible, half cooked.

And during my time there, I found right from cashier, server to cleaner every staff in the resturant are busy in picking up the online orders but completely forgot about the customers who have already walked in to the restaurant to dine.

I highly recommend the management to educate their staff what the hospitality means and how to attend customers..

And the customers to double check before placing the order and follow-up with them every 5 mins to ensure that your order is...

Worst service from Mansukhs Nanganallur!After experiencing the best from restaurants of Chennai, expecting atleast a decent service from Mansukhs is next to impossible. The waiters are absentminded to the core and were roaming like zombies. I wonder if they have kept their brains at home or flushed it out from their body. Ordered a plate each of Poori and channa and Bombay chutney with phulka chapati. The waiters didn't even repeat the order and brought only one plate of poori and channa. After waiting for 15 mins for the second dish, when asked, they responded arrogantly saying you ordered only one dish, forgetting the order given! After request, a dish different from our order comes!!Being hungry, we had to eat whatever they gave!!!! Worst service ever and they don't even have an iota of guilt for their mistakes and didn't even care to apologize! Adding to it, quantity of channa given was way too little for 3 pooris. When asked for extra channa, they said they charge extra for it... How cheap and money-minded! I highly recommend people not to visit Mansukhs, Nanganallur, if they have a desire to experience...

Heard a lot about this place, hence I took my relations on 26.06.2022 to celebrate the birthday of one of them. I am very sorry to say IT WAS A BIG DISAPPOINTMENT...!!! Had to cut a sorry figure in front of my relations..!! The tomato soup tasted like tomato ketchup mixed with hotwater and served..!! Sweet corn soup was good. The chana samosa was bad..!! Though samosa was ok but chana tasted old..!! Murukku sandwitch was ok. The onions in pani poori was NOT FRESH, probably cut and kept long ago. The cheese garlic paratha was awful..!! (Posting a photo of the paratha).. CHEESE WAS DRIPPING AND GARLIC WAS UNCOOKED (IT WAS VERTUALLY RAW)...!!! Aloo Paratha was good but they did not provide butter...! When we asked for butter THEY SAID PERSON HAS GONE TO PURCHASE BUTTER IF YOU WANT WE WILL GIVE GHEE...!!! REALLY SURPRISING INDEED...!!! Chola poori was ok as chana for this dish was new and tasty. The best was only Rasmalai. My suggestion is BETTER AVOID THIS PLACE, THERE ARE MANY PLACES IN THE VICINITY..!! Still if you want to go JUST try ONLY CHOLA POORI & RASMALAI NOTHING...
