We called around 7.30 pm on saturday 30.07.2022 for booking 4 seats THE PERSON AT THE OTHER END CONFIRMED AND SAID COME BETWEEN 8.45 to 9.00 pm. We were there at 8.55. There were many people waiting on the road & the security was entering the names and did not allow us inside though we said we have already reserved. He categorically said NO. We vertually barged in and one Mr Abishek, I think, he was very very rude and bluntly said THERE IS NO RESERVATIONS HERE YOU HAVE COME GIVE YOUR NAME AND WAIT OUTSIDE PLEASE GO OUT. When we raised our voice another person came and pacified and said there must have been a mistake and told us to wait. Lots of people were waiting and THERE WAS NO SERIAL SYSTEM/FIRST COME FIRST BASIS etc. Persons known to them and SWIGGY/ZOMATO were given priority. After lots of shouting we were allowed inside around 9.45 p.m. First they cramped three of us on the sofa as there was NO EMPTY CHAIRS.(sic) (POSTING A PHOTO OF THE SEATING) With so much rush, though AC was working it was very hot inside. Serving personnel were very courteous especially one Mr ASHOK (who was always smiling. great indeed & the only silverlining). Food was tasty and good but cost EXHORBITANT which does NOT match the QUANTITY.We ordered PAAN ICECREAM but it was NOT icecream it was PAAN SHAKE. Icecream had melted before serving (Posting a photo of the Paan Shake). The staff especially Abishek are all arrogant and only money minded.Customers take the back seat for them it seems. I would have given ZERO rating but could not hence ONE. My suggestion is. There are lots & better restaurants in Nanganallur. So AVOID.AVOID. AVOID GOING &...
Read moreNice and cool ambient. The waiters and the other support staffs are courteous. The food that we had were lemon coriander soup, hariyali panneer Tikka, Gobi Manchurian, Punjabi kofta, butter kulcha, subji biryani and mango lassi and ice creams. The soup was too salty and we had to add some extra water to it.. there were no sauces provided. You will only be provided with salt and pepper. Gobi Manchurian was extra fried and it was a bit hard and crunchy. The panneer Tikka hariyali was the better one when compared to all what we had in the starters. Regarding the main course, kulcha was excellent and so the Punjabi kofta. Kofta was perfectly cooked and it was smooth and the masala of the gravy was in right proportion. It was really a treat to have this Punjabi kofta here with kulcha. The subzi biryani was also a perfect biryani to have with right flavour of masala and the quantity is also sumptuous. Easily the quantity can be hand by 2 people. It was accompanied by plain raita. The last thing I had was mango lassi.. it was superb. Thick and the sweet was also perfect with the some extra falvours of elaichi and almonds. Finally, except for the lemon coriander soup and Gobi Manchurian, rest are all too good and authentic. The price, a bit on the higher side.. most of the gravies will cost you around 270 to 300 and the starters are also the same.. we paid 1950 for this overall. Nice place to have a dinner at...

THIS IS NOT THE RIGHT WAY TO TREAT YOUR CUSTOMER FOR THE PRICE WE PAY FOR THE FOOD. HOPE YOU RECTIFY IT.
I recently had a disappointing experience with a restaurant that has consistently served burnt naan. Unfortunately, this was not just a one-time issue, as I have encountered this problem on multiple occasions.
The first time I had burnt naan was when I ordered a thaali at the restaurant. The naan was blackened and had a bitter taste, which took away from the overall experience of the meal. The second time was during a takeaway order when I noticed that the naan was overcooked and had a tough texture.
Most recently, my brother ordered food from the restaurant through Swiggy, hoping that the burnt naan issue had been resolved. Unfortunately, I was once again disappointed when the naan arrived burnt and inedible.
I understand that mistakes can happen in any restaurant, but the consistency of the burnt naan is concerning. It seems that the restaurant has not taken steps to address the issue and ensure that their customers receive a quality dining experience.
I hope that the restaurant takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary changes to improve their naan preparation. As it stands, I cannot recommend this restaurant to others who are looking for a...
