Well this restaurant could be your lassstttt choice if u have no other options in your list. That drag means a lot.
Seriously when I saw people waiting out ,I felt like saying better go and get one idly/dosa batter packet or instant roti packet make dosas/rotis and have it and sleep peacefully at home because your wait will not be worthy though u finally get in.
Good or bad luck we got a table and to our surprise all our dishes were served in rocket speed inspite of heavy crowd, just then we realized one of our starters were not served hot and other one over cooked or bit burnt.
Just as we finish starters, our main courses were on ,though instead of getting appreciation for serving quick they were in other side,it was like all our dishes were sent in a hurry and they literally want us to throw out ..
I clearly understand they have people waiting but what's the point in not serving people who are already in with proper hospitality. We in our table particularly felt like we were rushed to be finished off not sure about other tables..
Even before ordering our desserts our water glasses were taken and even before desserts were served they brought us bill.
Being in a prime location alone will not fetch you customers only good service will, understand. Understand one more thing all those were waiting out came only because they couldn't get table in nearby restaurant and yours is not their first or only choice.
Grow up guys.Every customer spend their hard earned money and time to have a wholesome dining experience.Give such service and with good WOM u can rock or else it would be...
Read moreI had been there a couple of times with family. It's in Nanganallur, nearer to Dr.Hariharan Hospital nestled between Mansukh and Masaledar restaurants. I think it's been functioning since eight months or so being run by one Mr. Gandhi and his son. Both are very nice people. I always find them both available there. It is a decent place to dine with your family. Seating may be around for 25-30 at the ground floor and about 10-15 in the first floor. you will find North Indian and Chinese cuisine in the menu which includes soup, juice and ice cream... The taste is very good and it has never harmed our stomach so for. You get your orders served in 10 minutes which I feel is a good time. A quick service... The atmosphere is also good. The price range is normal as that of any decent restaurants which serves these kind of food, approximately cost you around five hundred rupees per head, if you start from soup (sharing) to main course. I always find lot of families present there. The place doesn't have a designated parking but you will find parking space easily on the streets. Of all the three, this is the best, i would say. Definitely a boon to...
Read moreWe had been to this place on a weekday evening.
Not that crowded and no wait time as well, being a week day.
We ordered Tomato Soup 🍲, Some starters - Paneer Achari Tikka, Crispy Baby Corn, Papad. Soup was kind of ok, Paneer Tikka was decent. Baby corn was not good to our taste buds. For the Main course, we ordered Phulka, Cheese Naan with Paneer Lababdar, Dum Aloo and Veg Kofta. Phulka was good and Naan was also decent. Sides were pretty decent.
In the couple of occasions I had been there, have noticed that the team on the ground struggle to cater to the customer needs - be it serving water, responding to any requests etc. Also, the cutleries was not cleaned properly and was a little disappointment and we had to make to bring new cutleries.
Price is also not that cheap to go and have food there. Overall, it's also one among the eateries that serve North Indian food in the traditional Nanganallur area. Definitely not a must visit place unless there is...
