Please read the review fully. Apologies for the long review but I felt people should read this before thinking of going to the restaurant.
I went to dinner with my Wife and Father on August 28th, 2024 to Copper Kitchen Velachery branch.
To start with, we had to repeat our order to the executive like 4-5 times and to make it worse, twice he came back saying that the requested order was not available. The service was poor.
Coming to the Food, we ordered Mutton Pepper Masala, Paneer Tikka, Malabar Parotta and Fish Finger.
Malabar Parotta: It was so very hard that I had to use all my power to cut it into chewable parts. It was not served hot and did not feel fresh and new.
Paneer Tikka: Paneer Tikka took so much of time to get served. Parotta was served first and my Wife almost had to wait for so long before she could start eating. Paneer was burnt at the sides and the edges were so hard and did not feel fresh.
Mutton Pepper Masala: This is the worst ever meat (Mutton) that I have ever tasted in my life. The meat was so damn hard and felt to be days old. Again, we had to use our full power extensively to cut it. We complained and the executive requested that he will change. New pieces of meat were provided but honestly the quality was same - pathetic. My Father and I had one piece each and did not feel safe to eat further.
Fish Finger: This was the only saviour dish. Honestly, we were very disappointed that we wanted to taste something good. That was the only reason for ordering and it was good. It was very crunchy and served hot. It tasted very fresh.
After effect: My Father and Wife felt some uneasiness post dinner which lasted until the next day evening. I had a severe stomach upset right after the dinner and felt better by next day evening.
P.S. - This is not the first time that we have gone to Copper Kitchen Velachery but we really had a pathetic and miserable experience, this time. We have decided to never ever visit the...

Sweet corn soup was very nice, They've both Veg and Chicken version of it.
Tried Veg. Tandoori Platter, No doubt it's a perfect starter (Do checkout the Reels for what it has). They've Chicken Tandoori Platter too for all non veg lovers.
For Fried rice lovers, Sambal Fried Rice is a must try, again it has both Egg and Chicken options and it really tasted awesome even after 10-15mins. Combination of Gobi 65 along with it nailed the show.
For every non vegetarians who is addicted to the Cajun Potato in Buffets, We've Dynamite Chicken here which tastes exactly the same yummy to the core. It's deep fried chicken tossed in creamy, sweet and spicy sauce, must try.
And Here comes the dishes which gives @copperkitchenrestaurant a huge fanbase.
Special Chicken Egg Kizhi Parotta - A normal Kizhi Parotta itself will be awesome, but think of Paratha with Chettinad Chicken curry, Boneless Chicken 65 and Boiled Egg wrapped in Banana Leaf. It's a heaven for Parotta Lovers. (Do watch it in yummy Reels)
Next comes Fish Pollichadhu which has a fusion of Kerala and Andhra cuisine and on top of it, It's Chef Singraju's special, So no doubt it was ultimate. There're three sizes in it, Small/Medium/Large to choose as per your appetite. (Small size is highlighted in Reels)
And finally comes the dessert which stole my heart, it's the Tender Coconut Pudding. It should be in everyone's table, That much yummy it was. Without trying Tender Coconut Pudding if you left @copperkitchenrestaurant it's an incomplete experience. It was really so fresh, juicy and perfect consistency which makes everyone to fall for it.

We went and gave our name to the Copper Kitchen person who was taking the table reservation waiting lists, before us only one family had been written in the paper and we were the second person in the list. 15 minutes later 6 members entered into the shop behaved like rich and they spoke to Copper Kitchen person who was writing the table reservation waiting lists. 4 person one by one talked with that Copper Kitchen person. Me and my family was also 6 members. We waited for 45 minutes standing and when they came an additional chair was provided. After 45 minutes waiting time there was 2 places ppl left. Now comes the main part, 1st place was offered to the person who came before us and there were more than 8 ppl and they was seated. 2nd place 6 seats was offered to the family who came after us. It was our turn to sit as we came before them, so when I asked the Copper Kitchen person he said they are coming in order only and he was convincing me not to speak louder I also observed the table reservation lists was modified. Along with me l had Aged my mom 75+ years, my 2 kids, my sister's 2 kids and me we all were not treated as a human is what I felt on the day.
