I have huge trust in tea boy shop. So that I tried to get franchise. But few employees who are working in head office are very lazy and i think they are not interested to work there. So that they are not responding properly and poor service and worst services from head office. If management goes with employees like them. Tea boy can't grow well. Pls concentrate on employees whom are working in head office. Whoever wants franchises they will contact only velachery head office. If they behave like this or late response. It was a yummy and refreshing experience in the stall!! The shop places on the main roads of the Ram Nagar, Madipakkam and busy most of the time. It has all sorts of tea available from Rs. 15 per cup. And 1by 2 is one unique option available there. Apart from that it has coffee option and some munching snacks like samosas biscuits etc. The ambience looks attractive because of the infrastructure, staffs and cleanliness. I had black tea here and it was very good. The lady who prepared the tea was very kind and made great tea. The sales person in this show sold me a one kg powder saying this is the powder which included the jaggery, Tulsi, dried ginger, cardamon used in the tea and sold it. We asked him 4-5 times and the sales boy said it has all the ingredients used in the tea Shocked to find we were fooled by this person as it's a plain jaggery just for this mere 100 bucks.
