Kites, a newly opened restaurant, has struck the right chord with its patrons. Located conveniently, this eatery has quickly become a favorite among families and food enthusiasts. My recent visit with my family turned out to be a delightful experience, making it evident why this place is gaining popularity so rapidly. From the moment we entered, the warm and welcoming ambiance set the tone for a memorable dining experience. The decor, a tasteful blend of modern aesthetics and cozy charm, created a perfect backdrop for our meal. The staff was courteous and attentive, ensuring that we felt comfortable and well-taken care of throughout our visit. One of the standout aspects of Kites is the quality and quantity of the food. The menu offers a diverse range of dishes, catering to various palates and preferences. We decided to try a mix of appetizers, mains, and desserts, and each item surpassed our expectations. The portions were generous, allowing us to fully enjoy the flavors without feeling rushed to order more. The taste was exquisite, with each dish thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented. The culinary team at Kites has clearly put a lot of effort into crafting a menu that not only satisfies hunger but also excites the taste buds. From the succulent kebabs to the rich and creamy curries, every bite was a testament to their dedication to quality and flavor. The use of fresh ingredients was evident, enhancing the overall dining experience. Kites is part of the same group that owns the renowned Kite located in Kilpauk. The reputation of its sister restaurant in Kilpauk for delivering high-quality food and excellent service is well-deserved, and it's clear that Kites is following in the same footsteps. In conclusion, Kites is a fantastic addition to the dining scene. Its combination of delicious food, generous portions, and inviting atmosphere makes it an ideal spot for family outings and gatherings. With its strong ties to the reputable Kite in Kilpauk, this new restaurant is poised to become a staple for many more families and food lovers. Our experience was nothing short of wonderful, and I look forward to many more visits to this promising establishment.

Booking through eazy diner app has been blocked for Saturday and Sunday so that guests can’t book tables in advance… and no discounts need to be passed to the platforms… terrible approach to get guests on a regular basis… Food was tasty and good… liked the tandoor roti and the Palak Panneer.. food was sufficient for two of us and of good taste.. Music played was very loud, the hall has no acoustics to absorb sound… since the hall can accommodate about 40 guests at one time.. the place is like a marriage hall with so much of sound all around… music is of bad taste and very harsh to hear… The lighting of the hall was very bright with no level of understanding what’s required inside… increasing heat and lumens within the hall… No finger bowl for such a medium level restaurant… one needs to walk to wash basin like a Udipi chain… Drivers who get the valet parking for the last one year have no uniform and it’s difficult yo know if they are belonging to the restaurant… they are busy chatting not looking to help guests park the car… Overall a miserable experience

Location is very easy to access; Parking is a challenge (limited space); Dining area is not big enough and hence it is cramped and noisy(someone was laughing at their full volume and we couldn’t hear our own conversation); If Someone orders Sizzlers the whole area is filled with smoke and becomes very difficult to breathe; No waiting place for those waiting for their turn; Rest room/ hand wash area was very poorly maintained; Quality of food was not very exciting; Staff were friendly (Mostly Hindi;) Just good for an experience… I don’t think I would repeat ..

I recently had a wonderful dining experience at Kites, a pure veg restaurant located in Adyar, Chennai, and I cannot wait to share my positive review! Visiting with my family, we were immediately impressed by the ambiance and decor of the restaurant. The subtle and elegant green and white combination added a touch of sophistication to the atmosphere, making it a perfect setting for a memorable meal.

Our experience was made even better by the exceptional service provided by Captain Shankar and Manager Santosh. They were incredibly helpful in guiding us through the menu, ensuring we made the best choices for our meal. Their attention to detail and care made us feel truly valued as guests.

Now, let’s talk about the star of the show - the food. We indulged in a variety of delicious dishes that left us craving for more. The Paneer Razali Kebab was a delightful appetizer, bursting with flavors. The Lotus Stem in Honey and Chilli Sausage was a unique and tasty combination that we thoroughly enjoyed. The Mexican Veg Quesadilla was another highlight, perfectly cooked and seasoned.

For our main course, we savored the Paneer Tikka Masala and the Kites Special Biryani. Both dishes were cooked to perfection, with rich flavors that satisfied our taste buds completely. Each bite was a testament to the culinary expertise of the chefs at Kites.

To complement our meal, we tried the Chilli Guava, Oreo Milkshake, and Virgin Mojito drinks, all of which were refreshing and perfectly balanced. And of course, we couldn’t resist indulging in the Sizzling Brownie Ice Cream for dessert, which was a decadent way to end our dining experience on a sweet note.

Overall, our visit to Kites was nothing short of amazing. The combination of excellent ambiance, attentive service, and delicious food made it a memorable outing for our family. We highly recommend Kites to anyone looking for a top-notch veg dining experience in Chennai. We’ll definitely be returning to explore more of their tempting menu offerings in the...

I visited Kites, Adyar with my family (4 of us) on a Saturday. Place was good, I could get seat immediately though it was a Saturday. I felt it was little noisy, as the place was crowded added to that was the music playing in the background. We ordered for soup and Starters. Food was good. Main course we ordered for Pastas, Noodles, Mushroom Risotto and Veg Stroganoff. For Quenchers, we ordered for Mango Margarita and Chocolate Milkshake. Both Risotto and Stroganoff were very salty and we couldn’t eat the quantity. By the way, quantity was adequate for one person. Waiter made mess of the dishes as well. He mentioned Veg Stragnoff as Mushroom Risotto. We were served one Chocolate Milkshake as against 2 that we ordered. When we reminded him about 2 orders, he brought the other one. And, this tasted salty. All the 4 of us tasted, it was salty, though the first one was good. Also, we could see the sediment of salt at the bottom of the glass. We called Waiter to inform him, he took it to main person, we could see that he tasted it and his face changed. And after some discussion, he came to us to tell it was coffee and not salt. He left the juice at our table. And, our Waiter told sarcastically that it’s coffee and not salt, and we didn’t know the taste. I told him that I am not that ignorant to not know the difference between coffee and salt. I asked him to take it back and would not mind paying for it. He very reluctantly replaced it with a fresh one. It was surprising that at no time they were apologetic or offer apology, rather they were bent on making it appear that we did not know the taste. Based on my experience, I suggest the Management to change the name to Salts from Kites. And, if anyone has a liking for Salt, please visit this Restaurant, you will be...
