This store doesn't have proper people in the billing section...most of the time the girls will be either very slow or only idle. 4counters are there but only 1 girl ll bill it asking others to do and most of time people will stand in a long queue for billing ...time take buying things are lesser than time taken to buy 1 product.. I request the management to take necessary steps...

I had a terrible experience at Kovai Pazhamudir Nilayam. The staff were extremely lethargic and unhelpful. They didn’t seem to care about anything and provided irresponsible answers to any questions I asked. On top of that, they were advertising false offers, which only added to my frustration.
