Overall Experience: Despite being managed by the Mango Tree Group, nothing is good here except the restaurant name. A disappointing dining experience overall.

Ambience: The ambience is decent enough. The restaurant appears to be a renovated apartment with a few rooms. Lighting, furniture, and interiors are passable. nothing exceptional but fairly tidy and functional.

Service: Service was acceptable. The waitress was kind and polite, though seemed inexperienced in handling orders and serving.

Taste &Menu: Both was super disappointing.

Menu Availability: As mentioned by other reviewers, most items were unavailable. I visited around 8:15 PM, and was told that parotta, biryani, etc. were already over, leaving only chapathi and potlam rice.

Taste: Nenju Elumbu Chaaru (₹150) — 2/5 Overly salty and oddly served in a tea glass without a spoon, making it difficult to eat the bone pieces. Also, no half-portion option, which is unusual. Not worth the price.

Chicken 65 (4 pieces - small) — 2/5 The chicken was tender inside but seemed to have been deep-fried on high flame. The outer layer was burnt and gave an unpleasant, bitter taste.

Potlam Rice — 0/5 The biggest disappointment. They didn’t have banana leaves, which is essential for serving this dish. It was served in a bowl instead. The portion size was average, and the dish tasted like overcooked rice mixed with random chicken masala powder and salna. It lacked any authenticity or flavor of a proper satti or potlam rice. Priced similarly to biryani, totally unjustified.

Pricing: The prices are extremely high considering the limited menu options and poor taste. Definitely not recommended.

Half the items in the menu isn't available by 1.30pm. Food was just ok, nothing to rave about. Service is very poor.
