I was here this noon to celebrate a family occasion and had a real nice time.

What did we have?

1. Nattukozhi Leg Piece
2. Puffs Parotta
3. Veechu Parotta
4. Egg Kothu Parotta
5. Kalakki &
6. Dum Mutton Biryani

Each and every dish was cooked well. Mutton & Chicken were tender. Salina that were given along with Parotta were tasty. Chicken leg was fried in coconut oil. Variation down in every variety of Parotta is splendid.

Loved biryani which is prepared with seeraga samba rice & is mixed well with blend of spices.

The person who served us was pleasant. He served our orders real fast and with a smile.

Very worst experience, the food is not up to the good level, the person who serves there acts very rudely, he just throws the menu card and try to comment on us, and he is just making us to order the food which was not sold for many days in their hotel's kitchen, I ordered plain dosa, even the road side kaiyenthibavan hotel also will make a better dosa than these guys, Just simply potrays as a fresh country chicken, But it seems like it was cut and frozen for months, I think they are just trying to cheat me, for chicken briyani they are providing the chicken 65 which was also a tasteless waste chicken instead the original briyani's chicken and even justifing that is their briyani style, over priced briyani, overpriced chicken gravy, dont ever want to go the hotel again, No.1 Cheating hotel, Never respects...

Worst customer service ever. The Server who took orders was very rude and its a miracle how their business model works when the server keeps insisting the Banana leaf which food is served costs 10 Rs and asked us to order more or leave the place. He yelled this in front of so many people. We were very tempted to just throw those twenty rupees at them to cover the cost of the leaves but we did not want to create a scene, so we just left quietly.

We went in for a light meal which turned into a very bad night. Definitely not recommendable only because of the customer sevice.

Please remember that people come to eat there out of hunger and that youre a business operating in the service industry, you dont have to go out of your way to be nice but atleast dont be outright rude...
