This restaurant turned out to be a pleasant sunday surpriser. This place had no way been in my radar at all. Was searching for a cafe in annanagar and landed at this place. We went just to have a latte but came back with a heavy yummy dinner. We ordered: Chicken crostini - have never had such a soft garlic bread anywhere, which also tasted very good. The topping was good with tangy sauce and awesomeee cheese Hot wings - the sauce was good and the chicken was fresh Bbq chicken pizza - wow watta pizzzaaaa......... the crust was thin, sauce was spicy, tangy and with right proportion. Have no words for the cheese, it was oozing out and stretching beautifully. I am not a great fan of pizza, but I believe this is one of the best pizzas I have had Cafe latte with Irish add-on - asked them for a strong shot and they rightly gave it, it was heavenly Blue lagoon- 7up with salt and lemon, no complaints Watermelon litchi mojito - this was the only let down, it had a kind of bubblegum flavor which i didnt like
Service - the person attending us was very friendly and helped us to order with his recommendation. The orders took some time to arrive, i attribute it to the sunday evening rush
Ambience - it is a house remodeled as restaurant. There was a bday party going on when we arrived with youngsters, who were totally not mindful that they were disturbing others, that was the only irritating experience.
Summary: highly recommended for cheese and coffee addicts. I believe I will keep visiting this place to explore the other items in the menu.
Recommendation for ppl visiting with family: avoid weekends and go on a weekday for an aramse...
Read moreWe order pepper chicken with garlic bread. It was little bit hard and raw and we didn't like the taste much. We ate only half the plate because of the same.
Then, We ordered peri peri fries which was ordinary. Not upto expectation. But this was not bad and so we were able to finish it.
And, then we ordered sizzling brownie with ice-cream for which we got melted icecream in a separate cup.
And the manager there, didn't know the process about dineout and didn't enable us to pay via dineout. Manager told us that customers only themselves pay via dineout and he has no idea about how to pay via dineout. Whenever we scanned the QR code, it said please scan the Dineout enabled QR code. Clearly, more support from restaurant side was required.
And also the network in the restaurant was really bad to do a google search or anything at that time.
Also note that, each order took a long time to get ready and we were waiting patiently.
While billing time, the manager asked us how the food was, obviously we were not in a mood to complaint or make an issue so we just told it was good. But who gives "melted icecream" and when chicken half plate was returned back shouldn't he know how we liked it already. It's easy to say my review won't be considered but sometimes it's important to take criticism. At that moment we were not in a mood to fight and so we just silently left. Atleast please don't give melted icecream to anyone in future. It is not good for health. Hope you will be aware of this.
Saw the reviews and visited this place but Disappointing experience for us in our first visit. Not...
Read moreKind of mediocre food . Cant say its bad . However very expensive for the quality of the food . May be worth a try . Edit 1. This is in responce to the restaurants reply I had ordered take away of the following Ordered on 10/12/2020 at around 9.30 pm Peri peri chicken Burger - Decent probably would have been better if i had had it a bit hot Panner burger - Kind of bland - again probably should have had it hot Hot wings - these wear good Corn cheese balls - these wear very bland Veg oven baked Pasta - this was good too .
I am revising my rating from 3 stars to 5 stars . However i still stand by my statement that the food served was overpriced for the taste that was delivered . To the restaurant owner pls take the above as constructive critisism . Acuseing me of spreading false information is really not going to help anyone . Anyways i understand your reaction as a business owner during these times ....
