KFC — Restaurant in Zone 9 Teynampet

This is the WORST ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️KFC I have ever gone. Because the ambience and the outlet is very clumsy and not neat at all. This outlet only accepts CASH. No gpay or credit or debit card allowed. But for some people they are turning on the kiosk machine and they are paying via gpay. I don’t know what kind of outlet is this. Inbetween while preparing the staff themself are yelling at each other. This is worst of all branch. Branch manager please sort out all the problems. Please provide clean and calm outlet. Don’t ask staff to yell next time. Teach them how to behave to others as well to other staff. And mainly there was no plate provided. I mean the plastic plate. Instead they gave us empty burger box to have our food. And also provided with huge empty box. Also the staff are not friendly. They are very dull and sluggish to work. Please train your employees well and give them enough training before coming into this job. And KFC, don’t say sorry for this worst experience or so. Instead, try to atleast train the staff and provide food on time. Another thing is all the customers are frustrated because the food given to the customers were late. This has to taken seriously and food should be given on time ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️please sort out all the problems as quick as possible. And provide your staff with good credit card machine to accept...

This is a very neat and easy to find KFC joint on the way to the world's second largest Beach Marina. Very close to this joint is the Historical 16th century San Thome Basilica, Roman Catholic church. It serves the regular KFC menu. This joint is very special as the food serving team is Deaf Mute. We were offered a Kitchen tour to see the kitchen and to give our feedback.

The kitchen was very neat and they maintain international standard. You can also request for a kitchen tour , this gives you an good understanding about what’s happening inside. The staff is very customer centric and friendly. This joint serves halal food. There is ample parking space for your car, bike and Motorbikes. This is very close to Medina Masjid in santhome, so those who wouldn’t like to miss their prayers can opt for this place. The store is normally open until 11:00 pm during nights.

The food quality is very good as in other KFC joints. We get Ala carte , Combos, Rice, Shakes, Mock tails. My favorite is the Hot and Spicy smoked Grilled fried chicken bucket , Chick and Share Bucket , Hot wings and the fingerlicous popcorn chicken. My friends go there...

Never get anything from this kfc outlet. It seems like they are using old or cheap oil. When u have more than 2 pieces of chicken, it leaves a sour taste it ur tongue as if you're eating something that's fried in an old oil or something that's been fried earlier and kept for long hours outside, almost like it's spoiled. I accidentally ordered from this santhome outlet without changing the outlet option in zomato app. Because months ago also i had this same experience with this outlet. Oh on top of that they didn't include the tandoori dip in my order today that I paid for. And i paid 28 rs for the dip but they have only refunded 20 rs. Their staffs are irresponsible, how long it would take to cross the things and the order list , huh?. Please never get anything from this outlet, they are doing something unhygienic, that's why the chicken tastes like it's fried in old spoiled oil. Who knows, maybe they're providing old chicken. Better go for any other outlets near like Adyar, they had no issues...
