7AM Bakers Umalas — Restaurant in Bali

There's this super popular breakfast & brunch spot in Canggu that's always packed. They've even opened new outlets in Jakarta and Depok. But I get why it's so crowded - the whole experience is just amazing. My family and I went there two days in a row just to try out all the different dishes. And they're really thoughtful, they have a parking area right in front of the cafe. The only thing is, they use Expat coffee, which is kinda boring for me since I've had it so many times on this trip.

Cappuccino exhibited a pleasant flavor profile, characterized by smooth and sweet notes, despite a slight deficiency in the latte art presentation. However, upon ordering a Cafe Latte the following day, I found it to be unexpectedly bolder in taste compared to the Cappuccino, which should have been milder due to its higher milk content. The Matcha Latte was satisfactory, although I have encountered superior versions at other establishments. Notably, juices appear to be the most popular offerings here, surpassing coffees in terms of sales based on my observations. We sampled items numbered 2 and 4 from the juice menu, which proved to be both healthful and refreshing, albeit indistinguishable from fresh cold-pressed juices offered by other juice bars that refrain from adding sugar or preservatives.

The highlights were their viennoiseries and breads, as suggested by the cafe's name. They offered a wide variety of visually appealing pastries, making it challenging to choose which ones to try first. The pistachio croissant was particularly exceptional, with its flaky, crispy texture, distinct layers, and delectable pistachio filling. However, in comparison, the pistachio roll (cromboloni) was less satisfying due to its soft and moist texture, as well as the overly sticky pistachio paste decoration. The classic ham and cheese croissant was also delightful, striking the perfect balance and reminding us of the good old days. I recently had a delightful experience at 07.AM Baker's Club, and I couldn't wait to share my positive experience with others. I was walking by the bakery just before they were about to close for the day, and despite the late hour, the staff welcomed me warmly and graciously, making me feel right at home.

Despite the limited time before closing, the staff took the time to assist me in selecting a refreshing juice and a delectable pastry for my 45-minute walk. Their attentiveness and friendly demeanor made my visit to the bakery feel special and memorable.

The juice I ordered was not only freshly made but also incredibly invigorating. It was the perfect pick-me-up for my stroll, boasting a vibrant blend of flavors that tantalized my taste buds and left me feeling revitalized. The pastry, on the other hand, was a true indulgence. Flaky, buttery, and filled with delicious fillings, it was the ideal accompaniment to my refreshing beverage.

I will never order anymore ... why ?? i been patient since the beginning as I m ordering bread for my business .. the person replying to the phone is not well trained .. no sops, so today they missed my order that made me super upset and lead me on leaving this review .... which i dont like .. but even their manager , Ashley , is not able to find solution to the problems ... in meantime i called the bakery and the person has been super reactive and helpful (5 stars to them) but since i started complaining let s go further ...
