Hello! I will give you 4 stars, but after reading the review, please draw your own conclusions and rate your work yourself ☀️
let's start with the good the gym is equipped with a new exercise machine. There are always few visitors. I often train alone. the location on the map is very convenient, close to the beach and other places -The gym staff is friendly
Now let's discuss what can be fixed
When I was choosing a gym, I noticed that there were no yoga mats. I was told that they will be bought in the near future. I bought a membership and have been going for almost 2 months. for 2 months no one thought about buying rugs. It is impossible to practice on the floor. the floor is always very dirty. I don’t want to lie down with my naked body, which is sweating, on a dirty floor.
you can buy a pipe cleaning gel and pour it in the evening, after work or in the morning) then the water in the shower will not rise due to clogged pipes. Yesterday I took a shower with a spider. the whole shower was covered in cobwebs. I saw all this when I was already soaping up) it was very creepy, honestly
and I’ll tell you about an unpleasant incident.
the membership card gives a 50% discount on working in a coworking space One day, I was on my way to training and, unexpectedly, I was given an online meeting. There were 15 minutes left and there was no time to look for a cafe. I went into a cafe next to the hall and asked if the coworking space was open. I was told that it was closed. Only the cafe is open.
How much does it usually cost to work in a coworking space, I asked - 75 thousand, came the answer. I have a gym membership, I said. I was told that then for me it costs 100 thousand)) and with a 50% discount - 50 thousand.
I decided to stay and work in the cafe. Let me remind you that the coworking space was closed) I order some coffee and sat down just next to the cafe visitors.
There was no talk of any silence or concentrated attention. Guests are relaxing nearby, employees are walking back and forth, music is playing loudly. I paid “for the coworking space” and coffee. Internet was average, not fast. I had to disconnect the call twice and call back)
For me this is not a lot of money, but it was strange and not pleasant. I just tried to forget it)
Do you want more regular customers? and not just Google reviews and impulsive, short-term contacts? do you need “regular” customers who refer friends?
then tips:
Wouldn't it be great if guests stayed longer and spent more money? isn't it? Create an outdoor seating area rather than just placing chairs. Add “healthy” drinks and sports nutrition to the Menu. In the kitchen, they will quickly learn to mix a couple of spoons with water or juice. For you, this is an additional 100-150 thousand per person. People will be able to order food and drinks. Change the music in the hall and recreation area. There will be more clients. If you don't believe me, seek professional advice. Place a bench (basically) in the locker room. And add a hairdryer. You can more guaranteed to sell visit and membership. sauna. a hot bath does not count) in my presence, the client refused to go there because she considered it unhygienic. For many clients this is the deciding point (not for me) you have a lot of outdoor space. The sauna is not expensive. Imagine how you can interest the client from the very beginning. he will see your courtyard, cold bath, sauna and relaxation area with healthy food - for many this is the deciding factor when buying a ticket or membership. buy yoga mats add (if you can) pull up bar multifuctional keep it clean Remove water glasses and have guests carry their own bottles or grab a glass from the reception desk. remove aggressive conditioner)
I will be glad if you read and make a little effort for the comfort of your...
Read moreI've been meaning to write this review for months, but dozens of past visits can confirm it's a Bali favorite for me. First and foremost, the staff is amazing. They're the nicest, friendliest staff of any place I frequent. Always smiling, friendly, and willing to accommodate.
Kajan is sort of a one stop shop, regardless of time of day. They're a restaurant, a coffee shop, a bar, a cowork, a pool hangout, and a bar. You can get sunshine, shade, or AC. Come for a 50k breakfast before 11am, a 65k pasta lunch, or a 2 for 1 dinner. We regularly use the free cowork option on Tuesdays and if I lived closer, would consider this as a daily cowork option.
The cowork upstairs has tons of bright natural light (looking at you Setter...), isn't overly crowded (looking at you Outpost and B-Work), and is actually affordable if you use it as a paid space (looking at you... Jesus, basically the rest of the Bali coworks). The wifi speed more than meets my needs. Seats and tables are comfortable. Minutes walk from the beach, central in Canggu.
The rest of Kajan is a beautiful indoor/outdoor restaurant and pool area that honestly is underused and appreciated. While I don't want this place to get overrun with people, it does deserve to do well and I hope people continue to come here and appreciate all it has to offer. The food and drinks are great, the deals are good, and the ambiance is wonderful. There's tons of greenery everywhere which is one of the main selling points for me.
In addition to the every day deals already mentioned, they do several other deals throughout the week, including 100k all you can eat tacos, 100k all you can drink mimosas, 2 for 1 coffees, and so forth. Every day is a reason to stop on by. Seriously. Thank you to everyone at Kajan, this review is the least I can do to support everything they've done for me and for the Bali...
Read moreI've had the pleasure of working from this co-working space, and I must say, it's an absolute haven for productivity and well-being.
First off, the high-speed internet is a game-changer. I've never experienced any lag or connectivity issues, which is vital when you're in the middle of a crucial project or meeting.
The facilities are top-notch. There's a well-equipped gym that caters to all fitness levels, perfect for a quick workout or a stress-relieving session. But the real highlight? The swimming pool. It's not only a great way to unwind after a long day but also adds a touch of luxury to the daily grind.
Cleanliness is clearly a priority here. The entire space is maintained to a professional standard, with every detail taken care of, from the spotless work areas to the sparkling bathrooms.
The staff here are the heart of this place. They are incredibly friendly, always ready with a smile or a helping hand. Their professionalism and warmth contribute significantly to the overall positive atmosphere.
The vibe here is contagious; everyone seems genuinely happy and focused. It's an environment where you can really lock into your work but also feel part of a community. This space is not just about providing a desk; it's about fostering an ecosystem where your goals are not just supported but celebrated.
