Warung Smile Canggu — Restaurant in Bali

This an absolutely fantastic warung on so many levels. I have been here over a week now and have eaten here about 5 times already. Its the best Nasi goreng kampung ever, very well presented, good portions, fantastic taste, as with all the other dishes I've tried, including the fish. Not a pretentious place at all, very friendly and accommodating staff. Great for kids too, my two boys aged 4 and 6 love it here too, they love the pizza, fries, fried chicken, noodles etc and the drinks are great too. Great diverse menu to suit all tastes. This is not a food related review. This rating is for the male staff who let me use the toilet even though I did not have time to buy their food/drink and I was in a hurry to go back to Sanur. I left 20K rupiah on the table, as a thank you, however the male staff hurried and returned the money back to me. He said there's no need. This simple kind gesture really made my day. This is the Balinese hospitality that warms my heart. Looking forward to try this warung when I get a chance to come back to Bali....

I visited this place multiple times during my stay in Canggu because it’s honestly the best warung I’ve visited in the whole of Bali. The prices are really good and the portion size are really generous. There is a wide variety of food from Western to Indonesian, all of which were as good as each other. I am also vegetarian and they were great at accommodating for my needs. The staff are also really really lovely. We haven’t been able to find food like it elsewhere....
