Extremely disappointed to write this review as I’m not one to write negative reviews although this had to be done. The service here is awful, to the point where we felt as though we were a burden on the staff by just being there. This place has potential, with an extensive lunch menu with many great healthy vegan & vegetarian options.

The food in general is great, although I feel as though some items are hit and miss as I ordered one salad off the lunch menu that was amazing & another off the dinner menu that seemed to have had a whole salt shaker poured on it! It was awful & I didn’t want to send it back as the staff act as though we are paining them already & to be honest we just wanted to get out of there. The staff are indifferent towards the customers and we honestly felt unwelcome. Service is also quite slow to the point where you can see your dish on the counter & the staff don’t even bother to bring it over to you in a timely fashion. Also they seem to always be out of simple ingredients (we went here 3 times & each time they were out of ingredients).

Dont even bother with the dinner menu as they have barely any options available compared to their extensive lunch menu & the atmosphere is terrible, completed with the lack of good service. This cafe has potential to be good if only the staff learnt some customer service skills! (We went here 3 times) the first time the lunch was amazing, second time we went for dinner which was awful & salty. Then we gave them the benefit of the doubt & returned a third time, only to once again receive horrible service & not even a warm welcome back after they had seen us twice the previous day. Safe to say we gave this cafe a good shot, I wanted it to be good as it’s close to where we are staying, has good vegan options & I was excited to visit as I followed them on Instagram prior to going to Bali, however we will NOT be returning due to the horrible customer service. Believe me we are the most polite, well mannered people & this service was atrocious... I don’t know what their problem is. It was a truly...

If you're looking for a healthy and delicious breakfast option in Bali, look no further than Cafe Organic. Their fruit bowl is a standout item on the menu and is a must-try for anyone who loves fresh, vibrant flavors.

One of the things I love about Cafe Organic is their commitment to using only the freshest and highest quality ingredients. The fruit bowl is a perfect example of this, with a colorful array of ripe tropical fruits such as mango, papaya, pineapple, and dragon fruit, all sliced and arranged beautifully in a large bowl. The fruit is incredibly fresh and bursting with flavor, and is the perfect way to start your day on a healthy note.

But it's not just the quality of the ingredients that sets Cafe Organic apart - it's also their commitment to an authentic and sustainable concept. The cafe is dedicated to promoting a healthy lifestyle and a strong connection with nature, which is reflected in everything from the decor to the menu. They also work closely with local farmers and suppliers to source their ingredients, which helps support the local community and ensures that everything is as fresh and sustainable as possible.

In addition to the fruit bowl, Cafe Organic also offers a range of other healthy and delicious options, including smoothie bowls, salads, and fresh juices. The atmosphere of the cafe is relaxed and welcoming, and the staff are always friendly and attentive.

Overall, I highly recommend Cafe Organic to anyone looking for a healthy and authentic dining experience in Bali. The fruit bowl is a standout item on the menu and is a perfect representation of everything the cafe stands for - fresh, vibrant, and...

Went there after seeing reviews, had to tell the waitress 4x times we where ready to order. I got the criminal breakfast(big breakfast) toast was soggy and cold one egg was hard boiled and one was soft my partner got the illuwatu omelette which had no flavor at all she also got the copa cubana bowl which had barely any fruit and presentation was shocking very average tasting. Order flat white which was nice mango smoothie and a banana smoothie (bali monkey I believe it was called) they came with the drinks one at a time, gave my partner mine and said it was the mongo one about 5mins later came out with the actually mango one and said oh sorry they couldn't tell the difference between a banana or mango smoothie. Also a European lady (manager) was expressing her disappointment with the gentleman making the coffees inside of the shop insted of taking it out the back. Which had everyone looking. My partner barely touched the omelette or the copa cubana bowl and they just said are you done and took the food without ask I'll ng if it was ok. Shop outfit is nice and good location but overall was not a good experience. Also seen a lot of orders and drinks been returned to the...

I decided to visit this place because of the excellent reviews and the reasonable prices listed on their website (e.g., a special latte for 45K IDR). However, when we arrived, we were shocked to find that the actual price was almost double (85K IDR for the same latte). The website was not updated, which felt like a scam since I specifically went there expecting fair prices and good food. On top of that, they don’t accept cash, and they charge an extra fee for card payments. In many places in Bali, this isn’t the case—and honestly, if they don’t offer an alternative payment method, they shouldn’t be adding extra fees. We asked to speak with the manager, but nothing was resolved. The prices are ridiculously high for what they offer, and the whole experience was disappointing. Honestly, I don’t understand the hype. I wouldn’t recommend it—there are plenty of other cafés in Bali with better value, more transparency, and fairer policies. You can compare with the following menu taken from their website

We drove almost one hour to Cafe Organic Seminyak to eat some delishious breakfast. It was very bad unfortunately. Acai smoothie bowl was worst we have ever had, smashed avo toast was super oily, salty and stems of greens were really overgrown, Santorini sandwhich was too salty. We are deeply disappointed and still hungry. Customer service was non existent since they never asked how our food is. After we told that food is not good and smoothie bowl is horrible waittress only apologized. Please avoid this place if you want to have good and hearty food. We forced ourselves to eat because we paid 20€ for two toasts and a smoothie. Update: Just came to our hotel room. We took away to pieces of sourdough asking to not put anything else - just slice pf bread. They have put small bowl of butter that spread inside the box and our toddler won’t eat his bread. Those who have kids know that sometimes food touching another food can make child refuse his meal.
