We came here in 2024 and sat in one of the private iron tunnels on our own couch and we had a burlesque style stage show and it was absolutely amazing! We rebooked this year to come back because it had been our favourite night in Bali. Unfortunately they have now removed the iron style hut/tunnel seating and you are now just seated on couches with everyone else. It's not private anymore, we didn't know this as we werent told when we booked from Australia online months prior, that was very disappointing. The dress code also promises to be upmarket and says "no flip flops", however plenty of tourists and locals in there were wearing thongs, flip flops, slides and slides with socks and even crocs! This was also disappointing since we had followed the rules and gone out of our way to dress up to justify paying more for the night, and there were people everywhere who had not followed the dress code and were let in anyway. If you're going to have a dress code on your website, you should follow it and not let people in who are not dressed appropriately. The entertainment for the night was a rock band. Her voice was amazing, they were good, but it wasn't our thing. We were expecting a similar fun show like what we had last time, and thought that on a Saturday night, we would have had different entertainment. The cocktails were nice and the food was amazing. The staff are great but they definitely hang around staring at you too much and not giving you enough space to relax. Our drinks were continually moved around our table and fussed with while we were trying to drink them, our waitor was constantly fussing with things on our table. He wouldn't leave us alone, every 2 seconds he wanted to attend to something else, this became very annoying. While we know he wanted to impress, some more space would have been great so we could feel relaxed and try and enjoy the night. It was super expensive ($28 Aussie for a cocktail!!), food wasn't cheap, or extensive, the menu was very basic, when it promised to be comfort food on the email we received (now we know why the menu is not listed on the website). If we had seen the menu on the website we wouldn't have gone there to eat dinner. We are fine to dress up and pay more when it promises to be an amazing experience, but don't be letting people in with thongs, slides, socks on, tank tops, baseball caps, like any other bogan Kuta nightclub, and charge expensive prices, and expect us to be wowed and ok with paying that much. Either keep it upmarket and exclusive like it should be, or make it a cheap bar with cheap prices and let people in with tank tops and thongs on. Still a funky interior, but it was 1000% better last year with the exclusive iron tunnels and better funky entertainment. And the Smoke On the Water cocktails were not available which was also our fave cocktail from last year. Lots of disappointing things from this year's visit. We would rather try somewhere else cheaper and better next time. We won't be back. But thank you for our 1st visit 1 year ago, which was a experience we will...

If you're seeking a nightlife experience in Bali that's both magical and immersive, The Iron Fairies Bali in Seminyak is a must-visit destination.
Stepping into The Iron Fairies feels like entering a fantastical world where industrial elements meet whimsical charm. The venue spans three floors adorned with raw iron, hand-hewn timber, supple leather, and authentic mining machinery. The intricate craftsmanship and attention to detail transport guests to an enchanted foundry, complete with delicate fairies.
The staff are very friendly, welcoming and very attentive the whole time. They have an interesting list of cocktails that are not only creative but well presented. I particularly liked The Jade's Kiss and The Grumpy Emma. The mixologist definitely put a lot of thought into every drink creation. What really impressed me was the personal touch from one of the staff â Kevin, who took the time to explain every drink we ordered, including the ingredients, the inspiration behind each one, and how best to enjoy them. It turned a simple night out into a more immersive and thoughtful experience.
We also enjoyed the delicious tuna tartare - incredibly fresh and well seasoned and bursting with flavours. It paired perfectly with our cocktails. A taste we will never forget.
I have arranged for one of their desert items from the menu to be presented to my husband who was celebrating his birthday prior to my arrival. The staff came out with the cake right on time and sang Happy Birthday. My husband was really surprised and touched. It turned out to be such a wonderful and unforgettable moment. (Thank you Agnes, Adi, Kevin & Moja for such a magical night)
We went on a Tuesday and it was ladies night so house pour drinks are free flow for ladies from 10pm to 12 midnight. They have different theme nights everyday with DJs and live music and even a carbaret performance.
Whether you're a cocktail connoisseur or just looking for a unique night out in Bali, this spot delivers on every level. A must-visit. And we will definitely...
Read moreOur group went on Tuesday for dinner then drinks. The decor is absolutely stunning! Could not stop walking around and looking. The staff are super friendly and thereâs a lot of security which keeps things a certain way The drinks were delicious, every single cocktail I tried! The music was great too. The problem was the food. Iâve worked in nightlife before so I know that clubs tend to have a limited menu, thatâs fine, but if you do, at least make sure you make all your plates right. Of course the price is more expensive than a restaurantâs would be, but the portions were small & the quality was not exactly upscale either. Iâve had pub food that is better and the rest of the group wasnât impressed either (we all tried each othersâ food, pizza, burger, an appetizer). I ordered the truffle cheese arancini balls, which were severely overpriced if you factor in tax, but more importantly they had no truffle in them at all, barely any cheese, no flavor and everyone agreed. I spoke to the sweet, kind waitress and informed her. After about 15 minutes (even though the place was still empty at this time) I think it was the floor manager who came to inquire, and though he was very nice and this is not his issue, he recited a very rehearsed âsorry maâam, you know we are a club not a dining placeâ to which I said sure my friend, but it says truffle cheese and I got deep fried tasteless rice đ he apologized again and said âactually we got a complaint about this same thing the other day too, I will inform the chefâ I guess the communication was not made or taken seriously by the last customer. Anyway, when the bill arrived they did not even comp the appetizer. I didnât ask them to, but it is common courtesy. I will say that they gave us 4 mixer shots for the birthday girl. Overall was nice, will go again for drinks but surely not...
