Dining at Spice Mantraa Seminyak was truly an exceptional experience. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere felt welcoming yet sophisticated, setting the perfect tone for an evening of fine Indian cuisine. The restaurant beautifully blends traditional flavors with a contemporary touch, and every dish we tried exceeded expectations. The chicken tikka was perfectly cooked and full of flavor, the butter chicken was creamy and rich without being overwhelming, and the biryani carried such a fragrant depth of spices that it quickly became a highlight of the meal.

As impressive as the food was, what truly elevated the evening was the service. The staff at Spice Mantraa are some of the most attentive and professional I have ever encountered in Bali. They approached our table regularly, almost every few minutes, not in a way that felt intrusive but with genuine care and kindness, always checking if our dishes were to our liking or if we required anything else. Their warmth and professionalism created a sense of comfort and luxury, making us feel valued throughout the entire dining experience.

It is rare to find a restaurant where both the cuisine and the service reach such a high standard, but Spice Mantraa manages to excel at both. This is not just a place to enjoy Indian food, it is a place where every detail, from the flavors on the plate to the attentiveness of the staff, combines to create a memorable dining experience. I would highly recommend Spice Mantraa to anyone visiting Seminyak who is looking for not only delicious food but also impeccable...

The flavors of India in the heart of Bali!

"A Taste of India in Paradise: Spice Mantra Bali Exceeds Expectations!"

"I stumbled upon Spice Mantra while exploring the culinary delights of Bali, and I'm so glad I did! This Indian restaurant is a hidden gem, serving up authentic and mouth-watering dishes that transported me straight to the streets of Mumbai.

The ambiance was warm and inviting, with elegant decor and bollywood music that set the tone for a wonderful dining experience. But it was the food that truly stole the show. I ordered the Chicken Tikka Masala, Murgh Biryani and Garlic Naan, and each dish was expertly prepared and presented.

The flavors were rich and bold, with just the right amount of spice. The chicken was tender and juicy and smooth, and the naan was fresh and flaky. The portion sizes were generous, and the prices were very reasonable.

The service was also top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff who were happy to make recommendations and answer questions about the menu.

Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with Spice Mantra and would highly recommend it to anyone craving Indian food in Bali. Don't miss out on this culinary gem – your taste buds...

Truly delicious food. I’m always wary of trying Asian food in ANY restaurant but I was craving traditional desi food towards the end of my vacation and stumbled across this. I’m so glad I did. One of the first few times I’ve genuinely thought the food was delicious. It’s true and authentic, the service is fantastic with the waitresses being so attentive and patient. The atmosphere is cute with nostalgic Bollywood songs.

The only reasons I gave 4 stars is because the ‘Chapli kebab’ was more like just a normal small kebab rather than the traditional wide large kebab. It didn’t taste the best either but wasn’t bad, just not chapli. The raita/yoghurt was not included as a dip which you would normally expect in an Indian restaurant. We paid a small amount and got a very generous pot of raita which we couldn’t finish so maybe it’s better to just provide a small amount for free? Lastly the prices were not representative of Bali prices in my opinion. They were not cheap but also not extortionate, but I did expect it to be a little less.

STILL. I would definitely recommend to anyone and I would also go back. Chicken tikka masala and naan were delicious. Compliments...

If you’re looking for flavor-packed Indian food in Seminyak, this spot is a hidden gem. We ordered a beautiful variety of dishes, and every bite was unforgettable. We started with a fresh Mint Chutney and crisp Papadum, which set the tone perfectly — light, tangy, and full of spice. The Malai Kofta was rich and creamy with just the right amount of sweetness and spice, while the Mirch Ka Murgh (green chili chicken) brought a bold, zesty heat that still let the flavor shine through. The Peas Pulao was aromatic and paired so well with the velvety Butter Naan, which came hot and perfectly fluffy. Every dish felt like it was cooked with intention — deeply rooted in tradition, yet refined for a modern Bali setting. To finish, the Jamun Bon Bon dessert was a creative take on the classic gulab jamun — soft, syrupy, and elegantly presented. A sweet and memorable ending to a fantastic meal.
