Food was pretty good but service left a poor taste. We should have walked away once we had the first bad impression with the FoH staff ignoring us while we were waiting to ask for a table. We had to approach him in the end and told a 20 minute wait, despite there being empty tables. Service inside was poor for Bali standards. No proper welcome or explanation for how the dining experience worked. Waitstaff on cellphone frequently, watching things together, and just generally not keeping busy. Had drink order incorrect. No check in one we started dining. We ordered the sandwich and thought it was meant to eat as is, as we weren't told otherwise, but it was meant to be grilled. Food was decent overall. Meatballs were greasy and bland, would not recommend. The sandwich was nice once we realised it was meant to be grilled. Miso was very nice, rice a bit overcooked. Would recommend forking out for the higher quality wagyu with better marbling. Total came to nearly $1 million for 2 people.
