Hotapa Kitchen — Restaurant in Bali

I don’t often do reviews, but this place is worth reviewing and recommending

The food here is fantastic! I personally had the tuna crust, tuna wrapped in sesame seeds, nice and pink but now raw, with a lovely mayo underneath and a lovely salad Followed by the spaghetti and king prawns, the tomato sauce was so good that I finished it off with a spoon like soup The coffee was very good too

Finally, it’s the staff, twice I have been here now, around 4 or 5 days in between. We were looked after by Uli. Amazing service, a beautiful smile and even though we had time between returning there, not only did she remember us, but she remembered exactly what we had the time before

I've eaten a lot of steaks in my life, but this was the worst I've ever had. I ordered a medium steak. It came completely overcooked, so I said it wasn't medium, it was well done. They took it away and brought me this (you can see it in the photo). I don't think they cooked it for even 5 seconds; it was completely raw. I would like to tell the chef that he is in the wrong profession. They are incapable of cooking a steak properly. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The meat is at most half a centimeter thick; you can't even call it...

Had supper at this beautiful place. The atmosphere at the restaurant is super cool. They have live music on the top floor. Singer is so nice, and he is happy to sing a song for your request. Service is good as well. Waiters are friendly and helpful. Removing one star just because of the quality of my food. I ordered pan-fried salmon, and it looked amazing ,but it was very well done...unfortunately, not to my taste. But...
