Junjungan Suite Villa — Hotel in Pulau Bali

From where do i begin..|i have never had such a worst experience ever anywhere, till date.... |They call themselves a 3 star hotel... Its not even worth a 1 star... |To begin with, we weren't provided with the same exact room as booked.. and mind you the whole entire amount was taken during booking, even before We could see the property.. and it was non refundable to be very specific.. |They have charged us for everything... |We weren't provided with water bottles everyday, whereas any hotel will provide water bottles.|No intercom, no dustbin, no kettle.. |The room and its furniture is filled with ANTS, TERMITES & LIZARDS.|They never changed our bedsheets and towels everyday, they were changed only upon request.. since the ants and termites had become a pain for us... |The bedsheets were dirty pale yellow, towels were dirty and stained, there was a carpet in the room, i dont think they have ever cleaned that up, because we never saw them cleaning.. |Breakfast was inclusive, but the breakfast was not hygienic.. it was cold.. with ants roaming around on the food. And the breakfast only had 4 things.. Indonesian noodles, fried rice, sausages and pancakes... |When we asked them to give us eggs, since we don't have fried rice and noodles for breakfast.. |They tell us they will charge us extra for eggs... |We even faced "eve teasing" and also that we see the hotel manager keeping the bathroom door open and peeing right there near the entrance of the hotel... |To top all this off...|While our checkout, we decided to confront the manager and give him our feed back... |But unfortunately the manager dint seem to take the criticism well.. |He was constantly charging up on us... |The receptionist without our permission was taking a video of the conversation... upon confrontation we asked her to show us the video... she charged up on my sister and hit my sister on her face with her phone saying "see i dont have the video" ( i have a video of this)... |When i jumped into the situation after i saw the manager charging upon my sister again... |He holds my hand and hits me on my hand.. (mind you i have a mark on my hand). |And also i have a video of that..|I dont think anybody wants to get themselves hit.. |I wouldn't advice anyone to go to this hotel......

We booked this place for 7 days, our first time in Bali so thought not to switch to different place and so we planned to stay for 7 days at same place. Not a good experience with them. Starting with breakfast, I'm vegetarian (not even egg) we asked them to get Vegetarian for me and my husband eats egg so he was good, chef got the plate of food and the quantity was so less even from that he wanted to give me some portion and was not willing to hand over the plate to me. Due to this we had to daily ask vegetarian for 2 ppl so that it would be enough for me. Also the food was always cold and flies on the bread sitting all the time on it.

Wifi was not working in our room, they said it is working for everyone. Next day I complained the same and asked the staff boy to come to our room and check in his mobile, he tried to connect in his mobile and said it is working for him, then I gave my mobile and asked to connect but he couldn't and basically it wasn't working in his mob too, later he said let me restart and it will work for you, but it was the same. After coming from our day tour I've checked again at reception for wifi and they said they are sending someone to the room to check, but no one turned up.

We had rented the bike from them for 3-4 days and on 6th day we used bike only for half day and not 24 hours we then asked them while returning the keys if they can give us the bike on 7th day only for 2 hours and they agreed to it. Next day morning when we asked for keys, lady at reception asked to wait outside near bike and staff boy will hand over the keys. After few minutes she comes and tell us none of the bike is free today and she can't give any. That was a shock as to they first agreed to give and in the morning they say they don't have. If they would have said they can't do that we would have happily taken the bike coz we needed it. We had to walk almost 1 km in rain to hire a bike. I also noticed not all of their bikes were taken by other ppl who stayed there.

Room was okay and so the view but there was construction going on near to our view and had so much disturbance, glad we were not much time in our room, we would have faced lot more of disappointment in terms of service.

From where do i start, i wish there was a minus 1 rating. The biggest problem is that they take full payment in advance & claim to be fully booked which is absolutely incorrect. ||||To start with, the room shown to us on booking.com was completely different from what we were forced to stay in. ||||We were with a 1yr old kid they forced us to stay on the first floor suite. As soon as we entered the sheets were pale yellow, the smell of the whole room was awful. Bathroom i dont know from where to even start, the lights are so dim and shady. If u try to speak to the manager or the lady manager they are extremely rude and arrogant and their response to anything is “This is how it is”. Well they are rated a 3 star hotel on booking.com on what basis i don’t understand. ||||Coming back to the rooms and service, the rooms have red ants and termites in the furniture, we all had alot of bites on our body thank to their staff who did nothing about it when we complained about it. Housekeep is very poor, the bedsheets were changed only 1s in 4days that too upon request. The towels were stained. ||||While booking, it clearly mentions that there is a free shuttle to the market, we were charge for each trip.||||We also experienced eve teasing by one of the male staff, every time after 8pm we would come to our room. The owner would not shut his room door and just near the reception is where he stays and he would stand and pee there. Its pathetic and ridiculous behavior. ||||Breakfast was so bad, only 4 options, unhygienic and unhealthy, unfit for multi culture people. Its sad we were forced to pay the whole amount for such a bad services. ||There are better option around the area please...
