All furntiure and sheets dirty and stained. Found blood stains on floor mats and sheets and mattress old and lumpy as are pillows.
So many alive and dead mosquitos literally 30 or more living and 40 or more dead all over bed and bathroom.
Floor, tables, windows, headboard and floor all need a scrub and all sheets and towels heavily stained. Had them replace and the new ones at more and larger stains.
No smart tv only 2 bahasa stations though they claim to have satellite TV No laundry though advertised they did Breakfast doest start until 8. We have kids and start our day earlier than 8. Told us they would make boxed breakfast for us early and they never made.
Room doors don't lock. Dirty dishes next door been there for almost 24 hours nobody cleans up
Front desk not helpful or friendly.
No manger available on weekends to help fix these issues
Been in Bali 3 years, one of the worst hotel experiences. So many better options.
Restaurant has terrible food
Pools are nice though need to be cleaned and maintained.
Outside/grounds look better than inside.
Bathroom is moldy, unclean, outdated and needs repair. Lots of sharp broken tiles.
Day 1 check in they say no bath or pool towels available until tonight as all are at laundry. How can all hotel towels be out. So kids swim but cant dry off or take bath as no towels at all and no staff seems to care of help.
Lighting is so dark especially in the bathroom
Says mini bar but they do not have.
Internet spotty
Safe/lockbox doesnt work.
Finally moved us to a new room that is nominally better but still dirty and...

I’m staying at Bakung Ubud Resort and Villas (Villa No. 3), and this has been one of the worst and most frustrating stays I’ve ever had in Bali.
From day one, everything has been going wrong. The Wi-Fi is practically non-existent, and even after complaining multiple times, nothing has been fixed. The doors constantly jam, one of the lights is broken, and the bedsheets are dirty and dull, nowhere close to the clean standard you’d expect.
The phone line in the villa doesn’t work, and at one point, when the door got completely stuck, I had no choice but to jump through the window to get help — totally unacceptable and unsafe for any guest.
The AC in the upper room doesn’t work, forcing all four of us to sleep in one room. Housekeeping is unreliable — towels aren’t replaced even after repeated requests, and the staff have a careless, unfriendly attitude.
The new towels given were folded with hair visibly seen of previous users.
The only good thing is the food, which is actually tasty. But that alone doesn’t make up for the number of issues, poor maintenance, and unsafe conditions.
In short: avoid this place. It’s badly maintained, the service is poor, and safety is clearly...
Read moreOverall a good stay. The breakfast was okay, croissant and toast every day but no cornflakes and only one jam at a time (switched every day). Sausages, eggs and salad was available all the time and some local sweets and fruits. Really bad: Coffee was not included and had to be payed extra. We had a villa, the doors can not ne fully closed so some insects could come in. The bed was really comfortable, the a/c was not smelling (typical Bali problem). The bath room was stinking like it was too wet for a long time. We had a additional living room like place which also led to the second floor with a small roof. No relaxation possible up there (no chairs etc.) but drying your clothes was possible. Their was also a door to the next Villa, sometimes it was really loud while lying in bed because of the tourist above us. Room Service came in at noon, so we didnt see them. Sadly they didnt give us any new sanitary bags, girls know what I mean, and they took our 2 shower towels (White) everyday but didnt return 2 every day. No hand towels at all, but additional Pool towels (Green). On Friday they sprayed some anti mosquito odor at the whole resort and due to the not fully closed doors it went into our room. So overall it was okay, and for...
