Firstly, the location of Cafe Huma is simply breathtaking. Surrounded by lush green rice paddies, this cafe offers a tranquil and serene atmosphere to enjoy your meal. The view alone is worth the visit!
Moving on to the food, I'm so glad to hear that you had a great experience with the cheese burger. In my opinion, it is definitely one of the best burgers I've ever had! The patty was perfectly cooked and juicy, while the cheese was melted to perfection. The bun was soft and fresh, and the accompaniments of lettuce, tomato, and onion added a nice crunch and freshness to the burger. The portion size was also quite generous and satisfying.
Apart from the burger, Cafe Huma also has an extensive menu with a variety of options ranging from breakfast items to sandwiches, salads, and local Balinese specialties. The drinks menu is also quite impressive, with a range of freshly squeezed juices, smoothies, and delicious coffee.
The service at Cafe Huma is also worth mentioning. The staff is very friendly, attentive, and accommodating. They are happy to make suggestions and recommendations, and they make you feel very welcome and comfortable.
Overall, I highly recommend Cafe Huma to anyone visiting Bali. It is a hidden gem located in a beautiful setting, with fantastic food, drinks, and service. I'm sure you'll have a wonderful time there,...
Read moreCame here accidentally because the place initially I tried to go was not ready to serve food. On top of that, the parking area is a long stretch and easy to navigate space.
The dining area in the back is large with view to the rice fields. It was such a lovely experience to sit here and enjoy the view and the bright sky (one of those Ubud sunny day). There are some buildings quite far around, at the perfect distance. Let's hope in the near future no major buildings started nearby for the cafe is located in rapidly developed area.
We ordered Pesto Pasta and Fish & Chips. Very well presented. The Pasta is tasty, the Fish & Chips served in good portion. Not super special, yet beyond just acceptable. For the price, I am happy with what I am getting.
The staff responds well, although sometimes it takes a while for them to show up because they have to walk all the way from the front area. I really appreciate how friendly they are and try to anticipate what the customers need. For payment, you walk directly to the cashier area up front. Very sensible policy for practicality.
Another option to escape from the busy...
Read moreA quite romantic restaurant or cafe, located in the middle of a rice field, which makes the holiday healing atmosphere even more perfect. The semi-outdoor theme, with a thatched roof, is very traditional, typical of Bali. This place spoils visitors with views of Ubud and rice fields.
When I visited this place, I ordered teriyaki marinated chicken with rice, if I'm not mistaken. My experience after visiting many cafes, the taste of the food was average, unfortunately the price doesn't match the taste. The cafes in Bali are very good, but the taste of the food is average, which is a pity.
We didn't get a chance to taste the coffee they offered, because at that time their coffee machine was out of order. For the duration when ordering food until the dish served it took quite a long time, even though the restaurant was not that busy. Many waiters working that morning instead of visitors. Service was very friendly and polite.
However, this place is highly recommended for just hanging out, enjoying a cup of coffee with natural views, and...
