Hello BAD review I have to share sorry!

I was sitting in your cafe today, which I invited my wife and daughter too for the first time. I asked if there was any vegetarian options for the rice bowls. The waitress was unhelpful and only mentioned the tuna and salmon options. After I persistently requested for her to ask if there was a way of swapping out the tuna for tofu she agreed. She then came back to me with the same price as the tuna. Everyone on the island knows tofu dishes are cheaper than tuna but she said management wasn’t budging on price. So I agreed with a smile and specifically said “that’s fine”. And after sitting there for 45mins and my wife and daughter finishing their dishes I asked where mine was???? To which she replied I didn’t think you wanted it!!!! I’m not sure how she came to that conclusion! Does she think I was sitting there the whole time for no reason. Would she not at least double check? Not one of the staff tried to help the situation so I just walked out starving and left my wife to pay the bill. To which there was no discount or any offerings for the inconvenience they caused me.

We arrived starving and craving for burgers. We ordered food and drinks & clearly repeated by the waiter incharge.

My wife already ate half of her chicken burger but mine hasn’t come. I checked to the waiter why my burger have not come.

Unfortunately, he did not place my beef burger order! What a shame and the waiter did not understand the assignment! And he is also argumentative.

I shared a burger with my wife and taste bad! Service is bad, it seems like he thinks we can only afford a meal!

I am currently seating and writing this feedback but nobody seems to care.

I spoke to Hendra (RM) also it seems that he did not know what to do after I share my feedback. Restaurant was not busy, he could’ve check all the guest satisfaction but instead he just stood there and you are also overstaff. So many of them only talking to each other without even doing their job.

Finally, I came to your Restaurant with positivity, happiness and expectation until you ruin my day! Me & my wife supposed to have a beautiful day and now she is the one who will does anything to keep my mood intact.

This place is quite a bit up in price but, they really serve you the best food they could! I have such an amazing experience here, while I'm going around the area, and this place is such a homey yet it has unique and oldies vibes in it. The staffs were friendly and helpful, the salad was great, the beverages quenched my thirst, and the interior is visually pleasing!

I would suggest you to try their iced latte ☕ as always for 30k (w/o tax&service fee), and i also order Vanilla Milkshake 30k (w/o tax&service fee) which were quite a bit pricey (my bill came out as 60k-ish) the taste the service and overall it was great.

Then i tried their vegan menu, which is Tempeh Strawberry Salad 🥗 that i chose because IT WAS SO UNIQUE i never ate it before. And it taste GREAT. I CANT BELIEVE STRAWBERRY COULD TASTE GOOD WITH TEMPEH. The lettuce was fresh... I got a bit surprise they gave me really a whole tip of lettuce too, but i ate it simply I'm hungry and they were good!
