Update: I was contacted by the manager of the establishment that promptly apologized for the poor behavior of the employee and provided us with all the information needed and the support we were looking for, we went back to the store the next day and had a great shopping experience with the shop supervisor and staff that was present on the floor and overall I highly recommend. One rotten fruit cannot determine the overall nature of an establishment and I am happy that actions have been taken to ensure that and provide customers with the service needed. Thank you Emmelyn for your support!

I am extremely disappointed with the service at this store. My partner and I arrived at 8:57 PM, just before closing time (9:00 PM), to buy a single swimsuit we already knew we wanted and the transaction was going to take a minute. Despite this, the doors were already shut. The employee inside, a lady, was incredibly rude, only making dismissive hand signals to indicate the store was closed.

When we politely asked her to come to the door to discuss, she abruptly refused. I have never experienced such demeaning behavior from an employee as a customer. This incident left me questioning how a store with such poor customer service policies and disrespectful staff can remain open.

I hope the management takes immediate action regarding the behavior of the employee on duty last night. This kind of treatment will certainly drive...

The atmosphere of the place is undeniably fantastic, with its stunning location surrounded by rice fields, a beautiful swimming pool, and an overall aesthetic that is truly impressive. Unfortunately, that is where the glowing review ends.

The service was, quite frankly, shockingly bad. After lunch, I returned to my seat by the pool only to find that my spot had been given to someone else because the staff assumed I had left. Would it not have been prudent for them to check if I had already paid before reallocating my place?

The food, unfortunately, did not redeem the experience. Breakfast was underwhelming—an omelet made with just two eggs, no garnishes, and with a taste that was, at best, mediocre. The "cocoa butter smoothie" was more akin to a banana yogurt smoothie, served in a minuscule portion of about 150ml. As for lunch, it’s not worth delving into further—it was equally disappointing.

Overall, the experience was poor, bordering on outrageous when you consider the entire ordeal. This was enough to prompt me to leave earlier than planned. Needless to say, I will not...

Absolutely brilliant day ‘club’ but I will NOT be going back. Food, staff, decor, rice field location, it’s got it all, a credit to the owners. But all of this was ruined by the loud music. In between tracks the silence is perfect, incredibly peaceful and relaxing. True paradise vibes.

The music itself was very ADHD, the volume, BPM, genre was constantly changing. They turned it down once on request which really helped. Then back up again. When you’re lying down on a bed chatting to your friends, you want to be able to hear them. We eventually left when we saw the DJ setting up and the volume was turned up so loud we could hardly hear each other. No one goes there for the music but many people will leave because of it. Unless it’s a pre organised music event. I bet there’s not a single review raving about how great the music was. Some low volume chill track as fine. But why do so many venues in Bali think people want loud banging tracks every day at every venue. Maybe you could have a music free day,...

A nice venue to meet all your day time needs. There was a boutique that you can get beautiful home gifts and some resort wear. It was a pleasure to visit. A matcha shop or some coffee shop up front that you have to queue as all the trendy teens are taking social media pictures. A cute place with a strong concept. This is one of the best place to work and relax or WFH. There are 2 pools both normal temperature and area surrounded by rice padi fields. There are loungers and day beds charge minimum. There are plenty of seating at the restaurant where you can do work. It is shaded and very comfortable. The only thing if you plan to work here, there’s no phone booth but the allow you to have your calls as everywhere is open area. There’s no minimum so your family and friends can have fun while you work away your afternoon. They don’t have good changing room. The cocktails were decent/ hit or miss. Food was good. The service was ok. But they tried. The best part of all this for me is always … dinner at Enya.

This has always been an excellent establishment for quality and service. However the newly created menu has seen their chef take it up a notch. The combination of flavours are unique and a truly new taste experience for our entire group of 5 well travelled foodies. These are the dishes we tried in no specific order - they were all excellent - we returned the following evening and ordered the same meal - Fisherman's sharing plate (whitebait done perfectly) Tuna tartare Mango and goats cheese salad (sounds odd but is delicious) Grilled coral fish Steak Octopus Greens Both the deserts on the menu. The menu contains the story behind each dish as well as a paired beverage. We will definitely be going back . Update visited again and everything was consistent with our previous visit. Dui our server was brilliant - looking after us like we were family. Thank you Dui
