new cafe on seseh - small menu for soft opening. and free coffee with 7-17 promo when ordering a dish- beautiful Athmosphere in place its pretty nice. I chose the Avocado Toast and asked to substitute sourdough brioche and make scrambled eggs.
I also asked for a glass of water. and very hot coffee. They brought me water with ice - although I didn’t ask for ice - they changed the water - and they brought me a dirty glass - which smelled like a wet dog - which caused a gag reflex. 20 minutes later they brought me mine dish (for toast- cooking time is 7-10 minutes) there were only 2 tables in the hall - and already with completed orders) it took 20 minutes to prepare the main hot dish.
I was sitting outside. During all this time, not a single waiter appeared in the area where the guest was. Dear manager, you have 2 areas for guests - one waiter should always be outside - if there are guests sitting there. I wanted to ask to change the stinking glass, but no one didn’t come to me. To prevent the glasses from smelling, they are rinsed in vinegar water; the glasses should also be washed with a clean sponge, which only washes the glass. And the rag must be perfectly clean and dry - and only for glass.
It was nice that the chef himself came to resolve the issue with the order and offered me a replacement for GF bread.
But the menu stated sourdough bread, and they brought a white loaf, like a baguette, made with baking powder and not sourdough. The chef said that this is their recipe OK - then write that this is not sourdough but a white loaf. or make normal sourdough bread as you indicate in the menu. After more 13 min wait - to change a toast for me - im feel so bad without water- and was so hungry- my blod sugar level- totally fell down oN minimum- so im decided to go and eat somewhere else- quickly- tO not don't lose consciousness.
I hope this review help a new place - tO make a best service oN start - and keep this way...
Read moreI’m here not for 10% discount and actually I don’t like to give 1 star review to any business. Unfortunately i got unsatisfied experience. This is my first time here, i just arrived and i ordered hot chocolate, then i just open my laptop and the waitress suddenly coming asked what do i want for food ( meanwhile my drink isn’t arrived yet) I ordered breakfast menu ( i don’t know that we can’t order breakfast menu after 11am) Which is fine if the staff acknowledges the customer What the staff communicate to me? She said We don’t have hollandaise sauce, also we it’s at 12, she touch my phone screen to change to menu page to order for lunch. then I asked her so we can’t order breakfast menu now? She said no also the hollandaise sause is soldout that impossible that we make it only for 1 customer.
Are you guys trained your staff to communicate like that to the customer?
I advice you to train them well They can communicate well to tell customer that you just serve lunch menu after 11am ( Which all the customers will understand)
Just because of this i dont even want to order food anymore and leave the place and pay the drink which i...
Read moreI visited Seseh Café with three of my best friends, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. From the start, the service was subpar. Despite the waitress repeating our orders twice, and me even showing her a photo of the dish I wanted to avoid any miscommunication, my meal never arrived. Even worse, the server didn’t come back to check on us at all, and we didn’t see her again until everyone else at the table had finished their meals.
One of my friends has a severe potato allergy, which we informed them about, yet they still served her a stew filled with potatoes. No effort was made to correct the mistakes or accommodate our needs, and the waitress seemed uninterested in fixing the situation. To make matters worse, the manager never even stopped by to address the issue.
The only reason I’m giving this place 1 star is because the decorations and atmosphere were decent, but they don’t make up for the shockingly bad service. I strongly advise against visiting Seseh Café unless you’re okay with poor service and...
