Been through the road every day and always wondering about this place.. and i decide to gove this place a try.. the sign of this place was big and its hard to miss.. (only sometimes the sign got covered by trees) but they have a nice parking space for bike at front and some to the side alley. when i enter, the staff greeted me nicely and brought me the menu. i was going to get a takeaway in the beginning, but i saw the place so nice, comfortable and air con.. i decide to eat there. the coffee was good and the sandwich is delicious.. i love the smell of their brioche.. it could use a bit more sauce or salt.. but it's just for my taste. The price was pretty normal for the area. overall, this place is nice to hangout, have a meet or even work. I think they open until night because they have some bottles on the display.

Came to spy on a new place. In fact more than a year ago- ee tried some dishes here, and best what we could do- just don’t write review. Those was long ago🤓 Today we purposely drove here as we heard the place was renewed . Confirmed 👍- dishes what we ordered all had authentic taste : we had oxtail soup, kuatew noodle, thai green carry- kudos to chief and kudos to team for updated place .Salads /veggies dishes - also very tasty. Drinks was also nice . For the cons I would say : the hardcopy of menu and online version of menu is quite complicated to read if you have eye sight issues; and parking- if drive car- would be complicated to park around, some space for bikes parking still alright

Beautiful minimalist design cafe, with plenty of natural light and plants. I went for a hot matcha and was pleasantly surprised by the creamy texture and deep matcha taste. At a lot of places in bali seem to be stingy with the matcha powder but not at Seseh St Cafe, you can’t really taste the matcha. For my food I went for Huevos Rancheros which was seasoned well. Would have preferred it on tortilla but cannot complain about the sourdough - quality stuff. Service is impeccable, the waiters are very attentive and smiley. A little bit annoying that the remote workers take the best seats all morning while they take calls though. It’s laptops galore. They kind of kill the vibe

new cafe on seseh - small menu for soft opening. and free coffee with 7-17 promo when ordering a dish- beautiful Athmosphere in place its pretty nice. I chose the Avocado Toast and asked to substitute sourdough brioche and make scrambled eggs.

I also asked for a glass of water. and very hot coffee. They brought me water with ice - although I didn’t ask for ice - they changed the water - and they brought me a dirty glass - which smelled like a wet dog - which caused a gag reflex. 20 minutes later they brought me mine dish (for toast- cooking time is 7-10 minutes) there were only 2 tables in the hall - and already with completed orders) it took 20 minutes to prepare the main hot dish.

I was sitting outside. During all this time, not a single waiter appeared in the area where the guest was. Dear manager, you have 2 areas for guests - one waiter should always be outside - if there are guests sitting there. I wanted to ask to change the stinking glass, but no one didn’t come to me. To prevent the glasses from smelling, they are rinsed in vinegar water; the glasses should also be washed with a clean sponge, which only washes the glass. And the rag must be perfectly clean and dry - and only for glass.

It was nice that the chef himself came to resolve the issue with the order and offered me a replacement for GF bread.

But the menu stated sourdough bread, and they brought a white loaf, like a baguette, made with baking powder and not sourdough. The chef said that this is their recipe OK - then write that this is not sourdough but a white loaf. or make normal sourdough bread as you indicate in the menu. After more 13 min wait - to change a toast for me - im feel so bad without water- and was so hungry- my blod sugar level- totally fell down oN minimum- so im decided to go and eat somewhere else- quickly- tO not don't lose consciousness.

I hope this review help a new place - tO make a best service oN start - and keep this way...

I’m here not for 10% discount and actually I don’t like to give 1 star review to any business. Unfortunately i got unsatisfied experience. This is my first time here, i just arrived and i ordered hot chocolate, then i just open my laptop and the waitress suddenly coming asked what do i want for food ( meanwhile my drink isn’t arrived yet) I ordered breakfast menu ( i don’t know that we can’t order breakfast menu after 11am) Which is fine if the staff acknowledges the customer What the staff communicate to me? She said We don’t have hollandaise sauce, also we it’s at 12, she touch my phone screen to change to menu page to order for lunch. then I asked her so we can’t order breakfast menu now? She said no also the hollandaise sause is soldout that impossible that we make it only for 1 customer.

Are you guys trained your staff to communicate like that to the customer?

I advice you to train them well They can communicate well to tell customer that you just serve lunch menu after 11am ( Which all the customers will understand)

Just because of this i dont even want to order food anymore and leave the place and pay the drink which i...

I visited Seseh Café with three of my best friends, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. From the start, the service was subpar. Despite the waitress repeating our orders twice, and me even showing her a photo of the dish I wanted to avoid any miscommunication, my meal never arrived. Even worse, the server didn’t come back to check on us at all, and we didn’t see her again until everyone else at the table had finished their meals.

One of my friends has a severe potato allergy, which we informed them about, yet they still served her a stew filled with potatoes. No effort was made to correct the mistakes or accommodate our needs, and the waitress seemed uninterested in fixing the situation. To make matters worse, the manager never even stopped by to address the issue.

The only reason I’m giving this place 1 star is because the decorations and atmosphere were decent, but they don’t make up for the shockingly bad service. I strongly advise against visiting Seseh Café unless you’re okay with poor service and...
