Ordered a matcha latte Showed up with my laptop and they told me I can only sit upstairs or on a high top. Mind you, it’s extremely hot in this place. Go upstairs and it’s even hotter, I’m sweating. Matcha latte comes and it’s 90% milk 10% matcha. Horrible stuff. I go downstairs to escape from the heat and almost all the tables are empty and available so I sit down to continue work. As soon as I do so they tell me to move. They’ve reserved 90% of the tables downstairs guests who eat yet there wasn’t anyone there and it’s extremely hot. Still, you aren’t allowed to work there. What a horrible rule, and I noticed multiple other customers felt the same...

As a local tourist, I felt that the place was not very welcoming. There were a few things that made my experience less enjoyable: • My plate was offered to be cleared even though I hadn’t completely finished my food — it felt like a subtle way of rushing me. • The cashier asked what type of milk I wanted without explaining what the options were. • I ordered a croissant, but it tasted very basic — not flaky, more like regular bread.

The food/drink is quality, location is good, but let me tell you what makes this place the best. I stopped by to have their egg sandwich (my favourite). Upon requesting they told me that they don’t have tomato. I replied thank you and I was about to leave, because I really came for that sandwich, when the owner appeared and gave me options so I stayed. While I was waiting for my food I saw him jumping on his motorbike and he went to take the tomatoes himself! I left as a happy customer!😊...
