Came twice hoping the 1st negative/ terrible experience was just an accident, but both very disappointing. Service needs improvement, staff forgot items on our order on both occasions, when i call him and point it out, he apologized and acknowledged "oh yes the truffle fries"! 20min later I ask him again. he seems to have forgotten, he asks me if i still want them. 2 Cocktails both average, Aperol spritz was served as a negroni, I had to go twice to explain and even Google it. They clearly never saw an Aperol Spritz before. Kids meal got served first but without cutlery, wait for another 20min, and served the 4 adults ... without cutlery again. Staff keep hiding in the kitchen or on phone. After 30min I had to call them in the kitchen since they forgot to provide napkins. Food was nice, only my rice cake was very dry at the centre, I recommend serving a little sauce or something. Desserts were nice but tiramisu is served in a cognac glass, not easy to eat. Forgot to mention we were the only table. Staff was very polite and smiling, but no one...

The food here is very good and exclusive. Very well seasoned and the meat is cooked to perfection. I particularly liked the service here. The waiter called Aris read every wish from our eyes. He was always very knowledgeable and also made honest recommendations, especially if you have complaints such as heartburn or are sensitive to spiciness reacts. He took all the time he needed. I also liked the fact that Aris gave very good recommendations regarding other destinations on our trip through Bali and Lombok. Thanks to him, we were able to avoid very touristy places and discover insider tips. Thank you very much Aris!

Brand new restaurant tucked away just out of Ubud. Lovely spot, excellent service. A little bit fancy and a little more expensive ($$) to go with. We comfortably ate 1 main each and shared a dessert with a couple of drinks which worked out to about $50 Australian.
