We chanced upon this little gem of a place on our way out of Ubud at night. The design of this place is absolutely wonderful, the whole area is big and spacious, there are different sitting areas where you can have your meal. The restaurant is located beside a field and there is a small bamboo lookout point for the field. There is even a treehouse! The toilet was modern, very clean and comfortable. The perfect setting aside, the food did not disappoint. We will a little doubtful when the first dish of traditional Balinese dessert came served in hideous green plastic bowls which looked really out of place. Fortunately, the taste turned out to be good and the next 2 dishes of spicy fried chicken with fries and spaghetti carbonara were delicious too. We wanted to order more but the restaurant was closing soon. The total bill came up to be IDR75,000, extremely value for money considering the quality of food and wonderful ambience.
