Awful experience with these guys.

I brought a juice which when I got home I realised it was off.

After trying to return the juice I was referred to a WhatsApp number where they kept me waiting for 20minutes just to say they can’t do nothing as they aren’t sure how the juice was stored?

Awful customer service and after care.

Big disappointment on a place which was recommended by a friend whom I had a great juice with before. Shame my first expierence was awful.

I tried the juice, it wasn’t the same as the one I brought firstly.

Secondly the juice went bad yesterday and it was my partner who told me this cos she drunk it. I then drove past but didnt have the juice with me so i asked a worker if i can bring the juice back tomorrow as it was approx 10pm she said yes we open at 6am. I thought nothing of this because in the UK if that was said it would make no difference. Check your CCTV TO SEE THAT AND WRITE THAT DOWN!

//the juice was refrigerated properly. i worked at a juice bar in london for years. its possible for drinks to go off if one bad piece of fruit was juiced with the rest its normal. i brought the juice because the one i had previously was good. but once i given a bad one its how i was treated after, why on earth would i lie about a £5 juice? MY JOURNEY HOME FROM THE JUICE BAR IS 4minutes max and it was put straight in the fridge.

Again why would I go through all this effort for a lie?

C’mon, I hope after this you’ll treat your customers better and learn the lesson. You’ve have multiple reviews with this same problem, accept you’re not perfect! Mistakes happen,...

After my purchase, I came back home opened the bottle and it’s exploded , I tried it was very sparkling and it’s gone bad. I went back to the shop right after . Asked for the refund or change the juice . It’s 4th time when I got spoiled juice from this shop, and my second time asked for the refund . After 40 min there and chatting with the manager they refused to do anything, and accused me. I tried juice before buying, but you can’t tell if it’s good or not , as it was extremely cold, and u can’t feel much of the taste. And I literally brought the juice back after buying it. The customer service is terrible form the manager side . The lost money is not a big deal in the situation, big deal is selling bad quality product , and not take responsibility for that, not trying to solve it , and accusing your customer You can see by the reviews , they have had many issues same as me with other clients , and people had good poisons as well. You never know...

If you want fillers like “coconut water” or “cucumber” which are inexpensive for them to replace more important detox vegetables/fruits like beet, kale, celery, pineapple…then go there and enjoy the dilution and extra sugar they add.

As a professional juice detox doctor in Australia, you don’t need the “watery” less expensive liquid fillers that water down the power of the detox; you want the purity of beet or celery which they do offer but…their prices are Australia prices and they over-charge on these simple mono ingredient juices.

Other locations like “little oasis” or “juice lab” will offer more customized options at half the price, glass bottles and delivered too.

Ubud Kitchen is overrated honestly and not a true detox juice location…but hey, enjoy the diluted watered down juice mix that you can get anywhere for just hydration purposes if you...
