Read moreTL;DR: Completely disappointing experience, 0 responsibility taken from any of the workers, wrong orders, most of the menu missing, begging for good reviews in exchange for free ice cream. HORRIBLE.
They offer free ice cream for reviews. It is beyond me the amount of good reviews this place has and it does NOT relate at all to the quality.
I made reservation for Christmas Eve a month in advance for 20 people. Once we arrived we ordered food. Few minutes later a waiter came back to us to say that a few things of the menu had ran out so we changed them. This happened 2 more times and we kept changing and adjusting UNTIL THE MANAGER CAME to say that they also ran out of NOODLES. At this point a solid 70-80% of the menu was out: all noodle dishes; all seafood dishes; all salads; entire western menu;
At this point the majority of our group had no choice but to order rice with chicken. I tried discussing this with the manager but he refused to take any responsibility. Our experience was effectively ruined by this point as there was only 3-4 dishes available (all of them with rice and chicken).
Many mistakes in the orders, one specific dish was ordered not spicy and brought spicy so we had to give it back to be changed but they just kept on bringing it spicy over and over again.
The first dish that we ordered as soon as we walked in was the last dish to come (over 2hrs later).
They said they would make us 30% discount and at the end presented me with the bill apologising for everything but when I checked it was just 10% discount, probably hoping I wouldn’t notice. I told them and they had another talk with the manager until finally applying the...
Read moreHow this place has 4,8 stars is beyond me. We booked a month ago for 20 person reservation. We come as only 14 people on Christmas yet they somehow manage to have NO food on the menu. No seafood, no salad, no Western food, not EVEN noodles as it all “ran out”, I’d say a solid 70% of the menu was out. They gave the excuse of their suppliers being closed a week before Christmas, but our reservation was a month before this. The manager should be fired for such poor management, even without your suppliers should you not have expected so many guests at your restaurant on Christmas? Can you not even go buy noodles at the store? It is not an exaggeration when I say I have never had a worse restaurant experience, everyone I was with even tolerated it when there was no seafood or Western food but they just kept coming back to say that more and more from the menu was missing. If you were unable to supply enough food for Christmas because your suppliers closed a week ago for Christmas, why could you not have even called us to cancel. Why lead us on and let us come on Christmas night to find out theres nothing, leaving us with almost no option (including going somewhere else as we are many people) on Christmas night. As I write this review it has been 1 hour and a half and my food has not come and the restaurant is closing in 20 minutes and another person ordered non-spicy chicken and they brought chicken with spice and the...
