Warung Jowet — Restaurant in Bali

Visited here yesterday on a recommendation from a friend. It's easy to find as it's one of the many restaurants along this strip with nice views of the mountain. Parking is available in the front. There are 2 large seating areas with one upstairs (probably a better view) We opted for the lower floor. They weren't busy but they still didn't have time to wipe the tables down between customers We did this ourselves. Food prices are local, and the waiting time was reasonable.

The food delivery system to the tables is "odd" You don't receive any number or table identification, instead they arrive at the seating area shouting out your name.. Some customers may not like this. The food was well cooked.. But.... The taste was poor to average. I ordered a lemon tasting chicken which was just deep fried chicken without any lemon taste. My wife and father inlaw ordered the speciality local fish which they both really like.. But they were really disappointed. One ordered Mie Goreng, it was shockingly bad..no one ate it.. My father inlaw also ordered Pop Mie.. He said that it was the best item on the menu.. So that really sums up the " love" coming out of the kitchen. The toilets weren't working either.. Incredibly dirty and disgusting. After payment on the way to the car we were all hassled by some rude ladies there who are selling tourist items. Why the management allows these people to do this to their customers is beyond me..

Would I come back again? Definitely Not.. The overall experience...

🔆 Hal yang menarik di warung makan ini : Menu makanan dan minuman yang variatif. untuk makanan yang paling direkomendasikan adalah Mujair Nyat Nyat. Harganya Rp 30.000, harga belum termasuk nasi putih (Rp 5.000). Menu ikan lainnya ada Ikan goreng sambal matah, Sup Ikan, Ikan Panggang. Ada juga menu Ayam lalapan dan juga nasi goreng. Sedangkan untuk minumannya, harga mulai Rp 5.000 sudah dapat teh hangat atau es teh. Warung makan ini menghadap ke utara, sehingga pemandangan Gunung Batur sangat jelas terlihat. Dari warung ini juga terlihat Danau Batur dan juga gunung Abang Area Parkir cukup luas. bisa menampung sekitar 8-9 Mobil dan beberapa kendaraan roda dua. Warung makan ini memiliki 3 tingkat. Basement, Lantai 1 dan lantai 2 (Roof Top). Area Basement terdapat tidak terlalu banyak meja makan, ada juga hiasan aquarium, tempat cuci tangan dan toilet. Lantai 1 merupakan tempat favorit, terbagi menjadi 2 tempat yaitu indoor dan outdoor. Untuk indoor sekaligus jadi tempat kasir dan dapur, sedangkan outdoor terdapat meja yang banyak. Untuk lantai 2, ini merupakan roof top dari warung makan ini. Pelayanan cepat tidak terlalu lama menunggu makanan, pegawai nya juga ramah ramah. semakin sore, biasanya menu makanan tidak lengkap karena habis

🔆 Tips yang mau berkunjung ke Restauran ini : Jika makan disini, hindari jam makan siang (12.00 - 14.00) karena akan ramai, dan juga hindari sore hari (16.00 ke atas) karena kabut sudah mulai muncul. Weekday adalah waktu yang tepat berkunjung ke warung makan ini, dikarenakan banyak wisatawan yang berkunjung ke restoran ini ketika weekend. Lokasi atau spot terbaik adalah meja paling utara di lantai 1. karena viewnya cakep kayak difotoku ini Menu Makanan yang wajib dicoba adalah Mujaer Nyat Nyat dan Jeruk hangat.
