Atmosphere Resort Café — Restaurant in Bandung City

This place is so huge, is there any cafe that big enough like this? They had 2 stairs indoor with different type of seats and outdoor seatings with very calm ambience and they got a lot of facilities like clean restrooms and a musholla and even basement parking

Their food and beverages was okay to me and its not too pricey, very recommends this place to families or even throw a huge event to this place

But, i gave it 2 star because i dont like the crew's attitude.. got a delicious food with reasonable price but very bad attitude crew? That was fatal

In my case, i was sat on the outside that nearly no power sockets nearby so i asked to one crew that he told me that i can leave my phone to charge at the cashier area... so when i went there and asked the cashier crew to help to charge my phone, she told me to look at the power sockets below the counter and it was full with another persons phone charging

Really? I asked her very politely to help me and she told me to look it by myself that how full those sockets are?

Instead, i found a lot of damn socket extenders next to her by myself and i asked if i can bring any one of it to my table to charge and she said yes but she warned me if i want to leave the place please call the staff to let the staff pick up the sockets back

My god, very bad attitude.. i bought and i ate the food and that was i got from those crew of yours? Never going back unless teach your staff...

I have a high expetation when I visit this place, as I see quite a lot of good reviews from social media.

But it was really disappointing that my expetation was too high for this place. First, when I came and wanted to go to the 2nd floor because it was quite crowded so they told me to put my name on the waiting list, unfortunately my name in the waiting list was written down below than the person who came after me, luckily my friend had got the table above, so I could go straight up to join my friend.

Second, I think the number of employees is less to serve this many people, queuing the cashier to order food takes 1 hour, because the cashier machine is only one.

Third, this is what makes me really upset, when I order food by queuing for an hour, the employee inputs all the food I ordered without conforming anything, when all my food came out there was one food they had not yet sent to me, it turned out they came and said they wanted to refund my money for one menu, because it turned out that the menu was not there and just a display! What?!

Why u guys didn’t check before, and why not tell me when I’ve been tired of queuing for 1 hour! And I pay using non-cash so that only one food thing...

Atmosphere resort and cafe is one of the few cafes who lives up to its name, because it's all about the atmosphere.

The front building has a stage for live music, while on the back they have some wooden gazebos surrounded by garden and fish pond. It has a nice ambience, cozy and breezy in the back and lively at the front. Too bad the food itself isn't worthwhile.

Now, Atmosphere mostly serve western food, but also serve indonesian food as well. Chicken pop corn was advertised as fried cubed chicken breast, but in reality it was just box shaped chicken nugget. The tenderloin steak was ordinary, you can get steak exactly like it for one third the price, anywhere. Last but not least, the fettuccine was HOT. So hot even the plate was burning. Almost as if it was MICROWAVED before. I don't know about you, but for the price, I expect something more than a microwaved meal. And did I already say that the food was exceptionally expensive?

In conclusion, I think Atmosphere is a perfect place for anyone who values ambience more than taste, especially if you're hanging out with your crazy rich...
