HOTEL LENGKONG 2 — Hotel in Bandung City

The hotel has a good location. Breakfast was also not bad. The photos of the rooms are outdated and no longer relevant. We were kept waiting at reception for an hour and a half, and check-in was at exactly 2:00 p.m. The window in the room is fake. You will see a brick wall instead of a view of the street. This was an unpleasant discovery for us. The bed linen was dirty. The staff replaced the linen 1 hour after our request. The new linen was not much better. The interior of the room is in poor condition and needs renovation. The smell in the room is terrible because there is no ventilation. There is no hot water. Hot water only appeared after 2 days of complaints. Renovations are being carried out in the hotel courtyard from morning until evening. If you get a room with a window, there is a high probability that you will hear the sounds...

Cozy, clean and strategic area yet the service is NOT good. No information about the check in and check out time in the bedroom or other info like the most hotels do.

At 9 am the staff came to our bedroom and told us to pack our luggage and left it in the front office because there would be other guest use that bedroom and asked us about the additional fee for the extra blanket (the blanket was dirty) in front of the bedroom while at that time we were preparing ourselves for the event in that hotel at 10 pm. It's not polite at all!!!

We often stay in a hotel and never had the bad experience like this. As we know we have to leave the room at around 12 pm and all the payment will be charged when we return...
