It’s 22.000 rupiahs per bowl. This bakso is the simplisitic thin beef broth javanese style soup. But I think the broth is still in the crude side of taste and you can definitely smell the beef-y strong scent (I mean there are some other bakso place with the same style with a better tasting simple broth). I think it happens because of the fact that this place is packed with customer and they might be cooking the broth in a huge amount and it slips from their mind to maintain the best quality. You can feel the MSG punching your face it’’s so strong and apparent with a hint of pepper so if you are not a big fan of that monosodium glutamate umami this bowl might be not for you. The meatball hmm top-notch! The mixture of the meat and all of the batter component is awesome and it’s meaty but has a bounce which how bakso should be. You can also have some tetelan or bone-y chunks of meats and it’s AMAZING! You can never go wrong with tetelan. You can also have tahu kuning (tofu) and Kacang Garuda (roasted peanuts) both are a great addition. Big shout-out to the Sambal, it’s spicy hot and don’t have the heavy taste of oil one usually find in sambal so this is the PERFECT sambal for this kind of bakso. BUT, I still feel like the broth is a big downer of the dish and in my opinion broth is the most important part of a bakso bowl. Conclusion: Fix your broth, it will be better then! Food : Meatballs : ⭐⭐⭐ taste okay, texture good. Noodles : ⭐⭐⭐⭐good quality,fresh Meat piece : ⭐⭐⭐⭐ some soft some hard to chew. Tofu : ⭐⭐⭐ good, fresh product. Soup : ⭐with some soy and chili sauce it taste okay, by its own, very strong msg flavour. Dislike it.

Place : Hygiene : ⭐⭐⭐, to crowded to be cleaned properly. Size : ⭐⭐⭐, big enough, lots of tables but still hard to find empty spot. Parking : ⭐⭐ motorcycle. Only fit for one car. Cust serv : ⭐⭐⭐, nice staff. Price : 💰💰💰, a little bit high, but still affordable.

Bakso Belakang BIP atau Bakso Suroto, karena dulu letak kios persis di belakang BIP dan yang punya namanya Pak Suroto.

Tapi sekarang kios ini sudah pindah tempat nih ke tempat yang lebih luas di Jalan Aceh. Tempat ini selalu ramai loh!

Meski ramai tapi jangan khawatir, serving time nya always discipline suupeerr cepeet. kalo kamu pertama kali kesini dijamin kaget deehh kok udah nyampe lagi pesenan saya ya wkwkw

Tempatnya lumayan luas, terdiri atas dua lantai dengan tempat duduk yang sebenarnya lumayan banyak. Meskipun begitu, pengunjung masih tetap harus mengeluarkan usaha lebih hanya untuk mendapatkan tempat duduk.

Bakso campur isinya bakso kecil halus 5, bakso daging sedang 2, tahu, mie dan tetelan. Tipe bakso mantep ini sedikit garing tapi masih membel. Tetelannya definisi daging pinggir, gaada lemak. Kuahnya rich banget, ngaldu parah sumpah ga boong. Ga Pelit Sama Isian Tetelannya. Bakso disini paling enak disajikan dengan sukro alias kacang atom.

Kalau kamu dine in di lantai 2 tenang, pesanan kamu akan diantar lewat lift makanan dan sedihnya kamu mesti ngambil sendiri ya kalau order partai kecil huhu

Tempatnya sih tergolong standar restoran keluarga, interiornya tidak tematik, agak sedikit panas dan sedikit berisik. Pelayannya juga agak sedikit chaotic baik dalam hal food serving maupun dalam hal table cleaning. Seringkali sampah kemasan kacang atom juga bertebaran dimana-dimana. Saya menyarankan untuk mengunjungi tempat ini sebelum malam hari agar tidak kehabisan item-item favorite. Selain itu, disini metode pembayaran gacuma uang tunai kook aku pakai QRIS, kalau transfer juga bisa deh tapi ke Bca kayanya.
