If there’s one thing a hospitality business should never do, it’s to allow staff to humiliate and mock their customers, YET that’s exactly what happened during our visit.
At a restaurant offering an all-you-can-eat (AYCE) service, it shouldn’t matter how much a guest eats—whether it’s a lot, a little, or none at all. Nor should it matter what language they speak. There is absolutely no justification for the disrespect we received, both behind my husband’s back and directly in front of me.
What made it even worse was the humiliation we were subjected to. One of your staff, after serving us, walked into the kitchen, said something to their colleagues while glancing back at us, and they all burst into laughter. This wasn’t just a fleeting moment… it continued for at least 10 more minutes, as they laughed and exchanged coded remarks about everything we did. We were being mocked in real-time while trying to enjoy our meal.
What made it even more upsetting was that we had no idea what we did to deserve such treatment!!
We didn’t walk in asking for a favor… we paid over IDR 700K for this meal. This wasn’t free food, and we weren’t trying to take advantage of anything. We simply enjoyed what we were entitled to under the AYCE package.
The fact that your staff chose to mock and humiliate paying customers is not just disrespectful—it’s disgraceful. If this is how you treat guests who pay full price, then you’re in the WRONG BUSINESS.
And honestly, if there’s anything that truly deserves ridicule, it’s the state of your restroom. Dirty, neglected, and lacking even the most basic essentials like hand soap.
If your staff have that much time to ridicule guests, perhaps they could use it more productively by cleaning and sanitizing the bathroom. As it stands, it’s more of a germ-spreader than a functioning restroom.
This visit will be our last. I truly hope no one else has to go through the embarrassment and disrespect we experienced at...

[+] With responsive service and upgraded with digital ordering for quick kitchen processing.
[+] Although the meat options are limited to Angus with three sauce choices, the variety of condiments ranges from onions, chili, kimchi, chikin-mu, to fresh vegetables. My favorite is the Korean-style rice balls (jumeokbap), perfect with BBQ meat.
[+] The drink options are also quite varied, from lemon tea to coffee.
[+] Overall, it makes for a highly worthwhile Korean all-you-can-eat dining experience at a much more affordable price compared to others.
[-] The biggest downside is the cleanliness, which needs better upkeep, especially with food waste not promptly cleared from the restaurant area, leading to the presence of some insects like flies and small cockroaches.
Hopefully, this can be addressed to maintain its quality as one of the best all-you-can-eat...
