Sushi Tei • Flamboyant — Restaurant in Bandung City

I always love eating Sushi here, but today was very dissapointed because I had to wait for 30-40 minutes until the food ready. And then I wanted to take away for 2 menus and wanted to use promo from Instagram, so I said to the waitress that I wanted a seperated bills and she said that she will split the bills in the cashier, and I had to wait for another 30 minutes.

After that, the other waiter came and he said that I Can’t get the promo because the bill was already include into the dine in one. I got confused because the first waitress told me that the bill will be seperated. So I said okay because I know if the bill was already input into the data, there’s nothing I can do, and feel like wasting my time if I insist.

But then again….my take away food still wasn’t ready whereas I already waited for 30minutes and had pay the bills. And then the GRO told me that the other employee think my food was already eaten which doesn’t make sense because I ordered it for take away, right?? And then I had to wait for another minutes and I didn’t recieve any compliment this whole...

The best sushi and Japanese restaurant in town! The food is very good and never disappointed me. I like the sushi roll so much since I was know this restaurant for the first time. Also, my favorite dishes are the Chuka Iddako (baby octopus) and the fried salmon skin that are rare and very difficult to order because they are usually sold out so quickly due to rapid and much order of this dish. The atmosphere of this restaurant is so good. Good for coming with family or in a group for lunch or dinner. The staffs also so friendly and care with you. And the plus benefit is you will get free complimentary ocha drink for each person, you can choose between hot or cold ocha before you order the dishes. If you sit on the sushi bar, you can choose and take the dish directly that are available on the conveyor belt in...

Very disappoint. Sushi Tei Sukajadi Bandung is not the same now. The quality of food is not as usual. And the service quality also decline so much. The Sea Urchin is not fresh. Hotate Scallop also not as expected. During lunch time, we have to ask for the drink for many times, before they served to our table. Surprisingly, the reason is due to limited glass available. Same matter fir additional rice ordered. Feel regret to have lunch here today. We pay a lot of money for Sushi Tei. It does not matter as long as it meet our expectation. Still worth it. Hopefully the Management aware and take any necessary action. We believe Sushi Tei remain in our Family favorite list of...
