First impression kesini bener bener ga oke pelayanannya. Ramah tapi ga ngerti apa yang dipesen. Awal pesan ada beberapa menu, salah satunya paket nasi liwet untuk 1 orang. Tapi ternyata yang datang hanya nasi liwet saja. Bukannya direvisi pesanannya malah dibilang nasi liwetnya ga bisa dicancel harus pesen paketnya lah dari awal saya pesen itu. Oke masih sabar. Ditungguin 30menitan ga dateng2 ditanya sama stafnya bukan ngomong “sebentar bu saya cek, cuma “oh baik bu” tapi ga balik balik kasi kabar malah keliatan stand by di stand makanan prasmanan yang saat itu ada rombongan bis, sampai 3 orang staf ditanyain ga ada kasi kabar. Dan yang trakhir ditanya baru datang tuh paket nasi liwet untuk 1 orang. Dan dengan tanpa permintaan maaf. Lalu itu datang jam 9 kurang 10. Oke saya makan, yang paling membuat saya kecewa, lagi makan tetiba dateng staf kasir membawa mesin EDC padahal suami atau saya ga ada manggil. Luar biasa. Seumur umur baru kali ini saya makan diginiin. Even close di jam 9 malam, tapi makanan saya aja dateng jam 20.50 yang dipesan dari jam 19.50an. Daan saat itu masih ada rombongan bis yang baru datang. Saya super kecewa, apa memang resto ini cuma fokus ke customer rombongan bis kah? Padahal rasa makanannya oke. Tapi pelayanannya ga oke sama sekali. Bahkan ketika sampai dikasir pun saat saya mau bayar staf yang tadi tiba tiba mau nagih bayar itu ga ada ucapan minta maaf sama sekali. Cukup sekali saja kesini, next saya ga akan mau merekomendasikan tempat ini ke teman atau keluarga....
