Rahang Tuna Manado 37 — Restaurant in Bandung City

Came here during the long weekend on lunch hours. Waited approximately 40 mins for the food. The tuna was somewhat bland on the inside, compared to what I had in Manado 😅

During my visit on peak season, I observed many customers waited one hour for their food. I ordered the dabu-dabu but informed it was out of stock. Later, when I finished the meal, the tuna was out of stock (still in the smoking process). However, the staffs and owners were not really informative to the waiting customers.

That said, feel free to try. Don't expect too much if you have already tried the one from Manado.

For lunch, we ordered rahang tuna with dabu dabu and orange juice with ice. The rahang tuna were huge, a lot of meat inside and perfectly smoked. The dabu dabu were sour, spicy, and fragrant. The veggie was perfectly cooked but for me little bit salty (better eat with rice to reduce the saltiness). The meal also comes with soup which was tasty. Best lunch I had in Bandung in my recent visit. Ordered the rahang tuna with sambal andaliman (add on a few other sambals). Everything was delicious. The rahang tuna is fresh, juicy and tasty, combined with spicy sambal… 😍😍😍

Another star is the non alcoholic butter beer.. taste like the one they sell at Universal Studio’s Harry Potter theme park (iykyk).
