Hi meat Lovers! Ada resto shabu-shabu baru nih, Shaburi namanya. Shaburi emang baru aja buka cabangnya di PVJ, penasaran banget pengen cobain, karna setiap lewat restonya emang ruameee banget. Pertama masuk kamu bakal di sambut oleh waiter - waitress yang ramah dan sigap melayani kamu, dengan telaten mereka menjelaskan rule dan menu apa saja yang ada disini. Shaburi mengusung konsep "all you can eat", jadi kamu bebas makan sepuasnya dan dagingnya pun boleh makan sampe kenyang. Aku pesen "Special Beef Shabu" - 198k, terdiri dari 3 jenis daging, detailnya: 1. Special Beef (ada sedikit lemaknya, tapi dikiit banget) 2. Tasty Beef (nah kalo yang suka lemak, cocok pilih yang ini karna emang banyak bannget lemaknya dan lebih gurih jatohnya) 3. Low-Fat Beef (kalo ini bebas lemak, lembut banget dagingnya) Untuk soupnya ada beberapa pilihan rasa juga, detailnya: 1. Original Konbu, khusus kuah yang ini boleh minta refill dan free, refill kuah lainnya charge 10k 2. Sukiyaki 3. Japanese Herbal Hinabe 4. Chicken Collagen Paitan 5. Hot Miso, free refill Original Konbu 6. Truffle Soup Tersedia 4 buffet makanan dan minuman yang bebas kamu ambil sesuka hati 1. Buffet yang menyediakan berbagai jenis sauce dan condiments 2. Buffet yang menyediakan berbagai macam sayur mayur, jamur-jamuran dan buah 3. Buffet yang terdiri dari berbagai macam makanan pelengkap, kaya nasi, pasta, sushi, light meal dan lainnya 4. Terakhir buffet minuman dan mesin ice cream Woaaaa, puas dan kenyang banget deh kalo makan disini. Kamu harus siapin perut kosong kalo pengen makan puas disini, asli deh bakalan kalap mana makanannya enak-enak, huaaa pengen lagi. Oiya info penting, kamu dikasih waktu makan selama 90 menit, 15 menit terakhir kamu bakal di reminder waitress buat last order. Semua makanan dan minuman yang udah kamu ambil, wajib dihabiskan kalo nggak bakal ada denda 50rb/100gr.

Delicious food with various choices. You can add more meat as you want after the first two dishes of meat. There are many various food and drink in the buffet, make sure you come here with starving belly in order to try them all. I love the chicken karage and beef roll sushi most. The staff is very friendly and helpful, they keep asking whether you want to refill the meat or anything you need. The location is very well located inside the shopping mall, Paris Van Java, easy way to recharge whenever you get hungry after the shopping.

My personal favorite is to have two flavor soup: sukiyaki and konbu. The sukiyaki soup I think taste close to sukiyaki in Japan. So if you took sukiyaki ingredients on the buffet, you got one bowl of sukiyaki. Then after you feel enough with the sweet taste, the basic taste of konbu soup can be a palate cleanser, so you can enjoy both soup in the end. The meat is okay, and the buffet is nice (although for me the namuru's was a bit thin than I expected). Overall, it's a nice ayce shabu-shabu experience. 👌🏻

One of the best all you can eat Japanese grill in town. I chose Regular Buffet 179k nett with the choice of 2 kind of beef, chicken and sausage. The price also include various menu on the buffet. The Rosu beef was tasty and tender. While the Karubi one was a little bit chewy. I like rosu better. They also serve pasta, karage, gyoza, vegetables, fried rice various sauce and condiment. They have lots of drink choice and ice cream. The staffs were very helpful and friendly. Worht the price. Thank you.

good choices for you that want to eat shaburi also grill. what i like for their soup is hot miso and also chicken collagen. its really good! regular menu for combo about 258k IDR++ that day we order combo and pay for 601k IDR for two person. have many buffet and fresh vegetables. here u can get ice cream too and many variant drinks. the place located near marugame udon at east wings PVJ. you can booking if you want, check on their IG. there's a linktree for reserve place by Whatsapp.

I bought the most standard package for Kintan and the beef is not really how I expected it to be (not in a good way). The rosu beef was okay, but the karubi beef is hard to chew. I tried grilling it multiple ways (cooked right, slightly over, and even made it crispy), still the karubi beef was too chewy. Other additional foods were okay. My favorite side is the chawan mushi but they were not available during my time of visit.
