OOTOYA 23 Paskal Bandung — Restaurant in Bandung City

Went here for iftar.. the food/cook service is not very good while i believe the waiter staff have been trying to do the best as they can.. We sat down at the restaurant since 5pm, ordering our food and then wait for maghrib around 5.48 pm.. ta’jil already been serve when we came.. We order 2 set menu (one of them is sukiyaki)..

The first set came on time for maghrib.. however the sukiyaki set came to the table at 6.15 pm (does it really took 1 hour and 15 minute to prepare this menu??) after we asked one time, the manager call on the kitchen because she saw that i haven’t touched my food since my husband’s food have not arrived, passing waiter also call on the kitchen due to the same reason..

But overall, the food is good with nice japanese plating,, the waiter service is excellent and nice,, the kitchen service is slow.. so be prepare to experience “the patience you have to wait...
